I have to get an MRI annually and have always found ProScan Imaging Mason to be a top notch facility with extremely kind and caring employees. I don’t like getting MRIs so I tend to be a bit nervous every time, even though I know I survived the other MRIs in previous years. This year, Lindsey was very kind and efficient when I walked in. I wasn’t sure what it would be like since I had missed the MRI last year due to the pandemic. David had a very calming and kind demeanor. He chatted, was personable, and explained everything very well. This was the best MRI experience I have had!

Front desk person is a total jerk, typical "karen" even down to the haircut. The headphones in the MRI room didn't work so had to hear loud drilling noises for over half an hour, left with a severe headache from the noise. Had lots of imaging done before and this place was the worst. Don't go here rude staff, malfunctioning equipment. I hope my Dr is able to use the images they took. Only positive was the tech was very nice.

Great Facility. Staff very friendly and quick on response. Very clean and comfortable. Made visit and scan easy even though I was nervous.

I had a very positive experience. The MRI tech's seemed very experienced which helped calm my nerves. I was in and out very quickly.

Had two MRI's scheduled same time . Staff was ready, check in was seamless, No waiting in lobby Tech very informative and efficient. Very comfortable First one ever, Doctor recommended to save money over hospital doing this. Good call.

Second time there in three years. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The MRI started right on time. The Technician he was at both events was courteous efficient and friendly. I didn't call this facility since my Dr. Robert Heidt, Jr had one of his staff members set the exam.

If I am given the choice for any imaging service, I will definitely be coming here! The staff is so friendly and kind, and much more reasonably priced than the hospitals! Loved the MRI tech, Kelly ! Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Lindsay was fast to respond to my email request. And I did not have to wait very long to get in to get my MRI. i would go here again.

My MRI was done in a professional manner and upon request i received a copy of both the MRI CD and the written results. I don't like MRI's but I would not hesitate to use their services again. Laurie
