Have been waiting 4 weeks for a quote from Matt at ProSource - awful service - bad attitude and many excuses. I do not recommend.
Recently purchased cabinets, countertops schluter pan and setting materials. My salesman Bruce is always helpful. Andy is a true professional with kitchen design. Prosource is a great resource to help contractors stay competitive as well as keep my projects on time.

Disappointing at best, I have purchased from the store before. I recently was at the store and seen Matt Lapperre for a quote on aprox. 460 square feet of LVT. The price was higher than 2 other prices I received. I forwarded the other quote to Matt showing the quote I received. I stated that if they could match the price to let me know, or I would purchase from the other vendor. I did not receive a response from Pro-Source. There was a $250.00 difference. Sorry pro-source but $250.00 is a substantial savings to me, and I did not even get a courtesy response or call from Matt. If your goal is to sell more product, I suggest staffing with ambitious and courteous sales people. I manage 48 apartments and have the need to replace floors often. This is the last trip to Pro-Source for me. There are many other stores to purchase from. Rod Costello

Excellent showroom for bath and kitchen remodeling. Multiple Manufacturers Full lines of: flooring; cabinetry, countertops natural and man made stone, as well as a designer on staff at no cost! I have a contractor who is a member and Colleen at the Mokena location was very helpful and knowledgeable. There are Prosource Wholesale locations in Chicago, Elk Grove Village, Mokena, and Naperville. Thanks again!
Kitchen remodel this has been a nightmare for me. Working with the designer at this location hasn’t been great. Everything I wanted with my ideas I was told to stay off Pinterest cause they have custom stuff and cost too much. I should’ve took my business elsewhere but I stayed. The first set of cabinets was delivered October 12th the double oven cabinet was damaged, the door looked like it was melted. I was asked did I sit it by a vent. If a vent would melt a door what would happen when both ovens are on!! The island cabinets were scheduled for November 3rd. I sent a email to the manager October 30. I had to call to find out where was my island cabinets and my double oven cabinet were. Spoke with the designer she took herself off the project cause I spoke with the manager. I was told to call Fred who is the manager at the Naperville location who just started managing the Mokena location also. I spoke with him who had no clue that I didn’t have double oven cabinet and didn’t know why no one called me about the island cabinets. He got back with me I received the double oven cabinet the next day 3rd of November . The island cabinets was delivered on the 6th minus 2 cabinets which I was told are stuck in custom in California. I have a incomplete kitchen cause I’m missing 2 cabinets and the contractor and electrician are working on another job now. I can’t hold people up waiting on something I don’t know when I’m going to get my cabinets. I still don’t know where my island cabinets are. I have extra material which I didn’t need. I can’t get appliances hooked up cause contracter charge for coming back since I didn’t have my cabinets when I was scheduled for November 3rd plus I still don’t have all the cabinets and don’t know when I will have them. I spoke with the manager on the 9th he said he emailed someone and will get back to me ASAP. I still have not heard anything. I swear this company has no concerns about their customers and the stress it’s taking. The amount of money and time it takes for a project like this you would think some since of urgency would be important. I usually don’t do reviews but this is ridiculous. I asked for a Itemize receipt but never received one. I guess their prices are top-secret cause I don’t know prices of anything just a total. My girlfriend recommended this company to me. All I have to say is just be carful and hopefully no one has to go through this like I am.
We purchased flooring and countertops for our kitchen/ living/ dining room remodel from ProSource. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the products and the customer service. I have referred some of my own clients to this business and they have had positive results and experiences as well. Many options and choices and the selection is a bit overwhelming. I dealt with Megan, who is a consummate professional and knows her stuff!
ProSource of Mokena's service was incredible. I recently remodeled 2 bathrooms in my home. Tracey was very knowledgable about ProSource's showroom products and did a fantastic job helping us choose our porcelain tile and trims. She has a great eye for design and knows how to read her customers. We had an excellent experience and the bathrooms look great!
While their materials are very nice, and their office staff is very helpful, they will sell you things you don't need. They will sell you a bath tub for $600 that you could pick up at home depot for a lot less. And they will sell you far more floor tiling than you really need. They will take the extra flooring back, but they will add so many "restocking fees" that you might as well just keep the excess tile and sell it to someone else. Also, they will tell you a material is in stock when it really isn't. On the whole, I would not use this company again.
