Prospect Financing

What a joke. This company finances a $14,000 vehicle for us. We're only $700 away from being completely done paying. I got sick and was told to send an email, that they could defer two payments... So I thought it was done... Now last night they repossessed the vehicle... Telling me I now must pay the payoff plus repo fee. It's Friday and they've waited until 4pm to get back to me, now I'll have to pay today plus the weekend in storage, and that's if i can get $1080 together by Monday. You have already gotten $13000+ from us ON TIME... Come to find out the last who said my payment would be deferred, isn't working there anymore. Go figure, I wonder why? Gets better!! UPDATE: I INFORMED THESE PEOPLE BEFORE THEY REPOSSESSED that I would pay off the entire $700+ on 11/2... Says that wouldn't work... They came and got the car the next day... Guess what date they gave me to pay by to get the car back??? If you guessed 11/2 you nailed it! Except that now it has the repo free tacked on... Soo they STILL got the money on the same damn day but had to deal with all of this bulls***. BTW we got our car back, even with it costing us over $500 extra. DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!

Worst financial company ever. The customer service tries to intimidate you over the phone just for being a couple of days late. They barely speak english. They also try to scare with a lawyer if you take a couple of days to renew your car insurance. This company is no good.

Two payments, stop paying when vehicle wasnt running properly, they claimed dealership would fix they didnt next they took my truck w my medication in it and said I have to pay 11,000 remaining balance to get my truck back they should be ashamed and that's illegal

This bank is just stupid don t just there to make money them front desk lady don t even speak english bad customer service the will take u car back even if u try to repair it if its not in service

Stupid website has always been an issue. They take forever to update and make progress.
