Worst experience ever. Got there since 11am and they close at 12. Waited in line by the time I got to the window it was 11:47 and they refused to help me because my deposit was too much. Our company has been doing business with them for a long time and our deposits are always a lot. I understand they want to go home but it wasn’t even closing time and I had waited in line for almost an hour. The manager was very rude she put a cone in front of me and said we are closed. The Hispanic girl I believe was Karina was nice and ended up helping me after all.
Stole $24 dollars from me and won’t give it back. I have plenty of money in my account. They are making me accountable for someone else’s bad finances.
Stay away from this bank. I have very bad experience. I opened an account and then I found that your atms do not have to accept deposit! Come on, we are in the 21st century. Second, I had some charges that were my fault, I spoke with the manager to help me remove even one by courtesy and they said no. Poor service, I decided to close the account. Third, called customer service and wait almost 30 minutes for someone to help me and in the end it doesn't help me either. If you can, stay away from these banks.
Branch manager looks like a tough bird... but shes not... there all so nice there. I left wells fargo and went there. Well worth it only down fall is they dont have ATM deposit. But for good service and nice people... its worth it
They have new people, I've been banking here for 2 months now. They're very nice always eiger to help you an it's never too busy I've never been there longer then 5 mins.
