i came in to get a layered haircut with curtain bangs. this lady butchered my hair. literally looks like she grabbed my hair with hate and chopped off like half my hair. i don’t even have curtain bangs i just have literally half the front of my hair chopped to around my shoulder then the rest is butchered in i don’t even know what it is but it isn’t a layered haircut. there is no way to style it it looks like a complete mess. i paid $50 to get my hair ruined. when i attempted to get a refund for my haircut the lady had told me she was only able to give me back $30 when i paid $50. Her reason was that she had washed my hair so haircut is $30 and wash is $20. That day i went to cut my hair i had just came out the shower my hair was freshly washed, she had told me she was going to wash my hair and i respectfully declined because i told her i had just washed my hair right before coming. she insisted she couldn’t cut my hair dry, she didn’t mention that day that it would be a $20 additional charge to my service. she made it seem like it was all included. when we talked about the refund i had told her she never mentioned to me the extra $20 charge after i told her i did not want my hair washed. why am i paying 20 more bucks because a hairdresser doesn’t know how to cut dry hair? i shouldn’t be paying for a hairdresssers lack of knowledge… after reading many other reviews i noticed i wasn’t the first person she did this to, others have spoken out about getting overcharged and not being informed about it. i get a business needs to make their money but stealing from their own clients is very unprofessional and very ignorant. do better please.Services:&nbsp;Haircut

I loved this salon! They were so kind and handled me with care. I came here to get my hair done for the first time and they did an awesome job. It’s even better that I am also African and they’re African. I would recommend this shop to others.Services:&nbsp;Blowdry

This salon is fantastic! I regularly come in about once a month for hair maintenance and I have not been disappointed. The team at this salon has colored, pressed, trimmed, deep conditioned, and braided my hair numerous times and are focused on making sure my hair is healthy and that I’m happy with it.

My daughter and I have been coming here for some time. And I must say our hair has been thriving and healthy. Being natural, we tend to neglect our hair. However, Hair care center has been consistent, insightful and helpful in our healthy hair journey.

I love this salon!! I am a new client and everyone was very warm. The salon is very clean and comfortable. The owner, Paulette serviced me and she is GREAT! The staff in the salon are very kind and helpful. I felt very welcome and I am looking forward to come back very soon!!

The haircut was okay but you can barely see the layers and the front hair are just a mess I need to get fixed. She charged for blow dry and striaghtening my hair when she DID NOT let me know. I was told it was $22 and then they said it was $50. My mother didn’t know that much English and they took advantage. They didn’t let he know it was money or else she wouldn’t have got it done.
