Awful. Our alarm system was in terrible condition after paying Protection Plus to maintain it for 10 years. Shame on us for not dropping them earlier, but they threatened that we still bound by an auto-renewed contract. After speaking with another security firm, we realized that Protection Plus could be sued for criminal negligence for knowingly bypassing so many broken door switches. So we dropped them...and so should you.
