As always, your work, and customer service is outstanding. I have recommended you to many friends. I wish the prices weren’t so high, but my guess is a lot of that is just the economy. I don’t believe your prices are any higher than your competition. Thanks for the good job!
We have had a lot of trouble with our lawn tractor over the past year, from transmission failures to chipmunks using it for winter walnut storage and literally chewing our engine fan to shreds. Two weeks after having it in the shop and getting it up and running for the season and in the midst of dealing with some major medical/cancer issues in our household, we ran into another transmission issue. It seemed like the straw that was going to break this camel’s back. I contacted Proven Power in tears and they came through 100%! They sent someone to pick it up right away. They stood by the parts warranty from the recent repair, and did not charge any additional labor or pick up and delivery. They also kept me posted along the way and got the work done fast! Both Tyler in the shop and the delivery guy went out of their way to be kind and helpful during a really stressful time in our lives. It was a much needed weight off my shoulders. Thank you Proven Power. We are so grateful for all you did!

This place is Amazing. I put my John Deere lawn mower in their Winter Storage program and asked if they could check out my battery that corroded. When I called the service desk today to find out how much extra I owed, the service manager told me nothing. Brandon, the tech cleaned my battery for no extra charge, thank you Brandon for doing this and Thank you Proven Power for being loyal to your customers and an amazing company.
Excellent customer service! The service department performed annual maintenance on our scag this spring and when we took it home the machine still had some issues that Proven Power was quick to remedy free of charge. They picked it up the next morning and returned it in perfect working order a week later. Thank you!!
Friendly, fast and professional. We needed a new tire on our Ryan Greensaire. They had the tire in stock and on the rim within a few minutes. I will definitely be using Proven Power in the future.
Outstanding service!! Last week I called Tyler because my deck wasn't lowering, he just happened to have Mike in route to deliver another lawn mower. The raising and lower of the deck was froze so between Mike and myself we were able to get the the floating deck unstuck and deck lowered. I was very happy!!!
I am not handy but the parts guy showed me how to install the parts I bought for my riding mower. Also just look who trades there. The classic Old Timers who are super handy This place is updated w parts but Old Fashioned w BEST customer service. They act like they grew up in 1950 s and deserve everyone to shop there due to their high integrity and commitment to the Customer. You can’t get good service like this place elsewhere. Whoever owns this place if you read this your employees are watching your back by going the extra mile. Thanks to them I easily installed the parts I bought from them.
If you need a tractor, I'd recommend heading over and having a talk with John at Proven Power. Knowledgeable about the product, helpful on taking you through configurations and clear and fair on the pricing. Bob, Kassi, and the rest of the team were great too!
Had a belt replaced and blades sharpened on my X300. I appreciated the picking up and dropping off service from my home. Mower came back cleaned up and everything worked well.
