Dont go here if you are cash in hand, self pay. Apparently they don't know how to deal with that very well. X-ray tech was brilliant and made sure I was comfortable, much appreciated since it was my first time. I can only give 2 stars tho, because the reception and billing staff ruined my experience. Edited to add: extremely disorganized regarding their payment system and lack of communication about how radiologist reports would be billed and received.
I just had the most wonderful experience for my breast biopsy. They made a very stressful appointment quite easy. Dr. Muller and his nurse made it so easy for me and I never felt uncomfortable and it totally not what I expected. No pain at all. The staff her were great and I had come 3 days in a row for various appointments with mammograms and sonogram. Every time consistent quality care. Much appreciated!
I recently had to find some old mammograms. When I explained the situation the person on the phone got someone who had worked there a long time . She was able to locate my records and went out of her way to go to the archives because they were not in digital form. They called back the same day to tell me they not only found the records I needed but that I could pick them up right away.
The staff was kind a little too friendly even, pet names but I got conflicting information on how long it would take to get the results sent to my PCP....I did get to speak to a representative and my results are now ready for my PCP. Such a big help. TY.
The staff there are so friendly and they provide superior customer service!! Thank you Karen for assisting me over the phone today!! You were very pleasant
