Great staff. Usually quick. Whole visit took 10 minutes. Once in a blue moon they are short staffed and the wait takes a little longer than usual.
The front desk was friendly and very professional and fast to get me registered. The intake nurse was nice and compassionate on what felt like a very bad day for me. The doctor was friendly, and comforting. He explained my results and set me immediately with prescriptions and explained what it was for and for how long I was to take them, he was down to earth!!!
Walked in with a feverish and nervous seven year old. We were checked in quickly and a very patient nurse spent several minutes reassuring my reluctant son that the throat swab wouldn’t hurt before finally getting it. Strep test was quick also got a quick swab for flu and Covid, antibiotic prescription sent to our pharmacy, and he was on the mend. In and out in less than 45 minutes
I was having issues after having been diagnosed with the flu. I didn’t want to go the weekend with the concerns looming, so I called and the wait wasn’t too long. From the minute I got there I was attended to quickly, a pneumonia diagnosis was reached via chest X-ray and meds prescribed. The kindness, thoroughness of care and comfort the doctor gave me were EXCELLENT! I highly recommend this Urgent Care location
I arrived as a walkin just after noon on 10/11 with acute sinusitis and a terrible, sudden onset earache. The receptionist was kind and patient. I was seen by a nurse in less than 10 minutes from the moment I walked in. The nurse was thorough and confidently made decisions regarding labs needed. In less than 10 minutes, I was visited by Dr. Tommy Laird. He examined me, listened, and made a confident diagnosis and presented a treatment plan. I was in and out in less than an hour and the prescription was already waiting for me at my pharmacy. This is my second visit here and both of them have been outstanding.
I love urgent care! Short wait and they have all my Providence doctors’ records. The staff were pleasant and professional. Dr. Cook was very thorough. So much better than the ER!
Leslie the nurse, and Dr, Lippe were amazing. Very understanding, quick. Also listened to my husband and I about our baby, and made it a very personable experience. In and out with all test ran, with medicine given, in less then 45 min.
I received excellent service at this location. The front desk staff, and nurse or PA, were very kind. The doctor was courteous, kind, and informative. He answered all of my questions, and I feel that I can make informed decisions regarding the healing of my injury. Thank you!
My body was in so much pain. Having so many medical problems. Not able to take pain pills like most people because of my resistance to it. It creates more problems. So I ask for water therapy. And from the very 1st day felt blessings. Small amount but there was a difference. And now it's only getting better. I was over doing it some but this is were to change and do different therapist work's. You don't KNOW can't even tell until you stay with it pray YOU'LL use at least 2 therapist work's. So so Thankful for all you do.
I received kind and excellent care, the staff was attentive and answered all questions, from the time you entered the office. Dr. Lippe was courteous and explained all treatment options. Very good Express Care at Ascension.
