Providence Health and Rehabilitation Center

This place is a total let down. The nursing staff needs to be retrained in patient care. The needs to come up with better menus for the residents. I have seen so many nurses that all the do is pass medication. They do not look at wounds or incision sights to document on them, they wait for the treatment nurse to do it, that is even when she is off.

Providence Nursing Home is worse than an '80's Horror Film ...... I was a resident there for close to half a year ...... I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED ANYBODY TO THAT AWFUL PLACE!!!! Nasty, and alot of dirty work goes on around there!!!!

I have a friend that was in this facility that was there for rehab.she was in a coma from having covid 19 and she is now awake and has no feeling in any of her limbs.The girls on dayshift do not have compassion nor respect for their patients.She had the same cup of water for days and the food is not fit to eat.They have no disregard for wearing gloves and spreading germs.They make her feel like she isn't even wanted there.This is not to all staff the nurses are very compassionate but the cnas can't even bath someone right. She has sat in her own urine untill her skin started to break down. So I strongly do not recommend you send your loved ones to this facility.

I was having to make some difficult decisions for my brothers hospice care and Amy Slinkard in the Business development office went above and beyond trying to help me get some needed paperwork from the Social Security office. Most places would have left that to the family but she worked diligently to help me connect to the right people. Unfortunately my brother passed away on the day we were supposed to transfer him from the hospital to Providence so I cant comment on his care once admitted, but what I can comment on is her kindness and compassion is something I will never forget.

I am very impressed with the care my mother gets and the staff. It smells inviting walking thru the main entrance. Very clean. Everyone is friendly. Love the outside. It just has more of a home ambience feeling.

I am the new administrator for Providence healthcare! I w passionate about my residents and I will ensure they get the best quality of care! I am always available 24 hours a day! This is my family! And I know it is yours so please trust me to take care of your family!

Never send your loved ones here, very hateful staff when no ones around! My loved one messed her bed and the nurse told her that today was not her day to get a bath and left her soiled. The food is awful and they never bring it consistently. Please never leave your loved one here, my loved one was just there for rehab, so just think what would happen if you were old with no one to see what this place does to your people. I am also reporting this to the BBB and the Healthcare system!!!

Have been sitting here with the nurse light on for over an hour to change a resident and still nobody shows up. This place is pitiful.
