This office is so awesome! Both times my daughter has needed to be seen urgently, they managed to fit her in the schedule. They are also very prompt in responding to messages on MyChart. We have seen multiple providers and they have all been excellent and very knowledgeable! I’d recommend this clinic to anyone with kiddos.
We have had nothing but positive experiences here. I've taken all four of my kids here. The providers we've seen have always been caring, attentive, and thorough. The office staff are professional and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. If we weren't moving out of the area, we would continue here until the kids are all grown.
The receptionists always, always have attitude. I’ll be taking my kids elsewhere. I cannot stand calling… anything’s an attitude
I went there as a kiddo and now I'm taking my 1.5yr old there and will be taking my newest baby when they're born to see them as well. I love the Dr.s there, I've meet at least 4 of them by now and the front staff have always been nice to me. Over the years my parents, my siblings and I have become friends with the staff. I've never had a problem with appointments being cancelled on me or waiting too long in the waiting room. If I call and need an appointment as soon as possible they usually see me that day or the next day for my little one. They take my concerns and what I say seriously and address any questions I have and make sure that I'm happy and comfortable with the information they give me. My son was a low birth weight and had some issues due to that and they were very helpful in telling me how to go about keeping him happy, healthy and at a healthy weight as that was the main concern I had. They were very supportive of my desicion to nurse him and they supported me when I decided to switch to formula as well after I expressed concerns of what turned out is a GI issue that they were able to help me with as well. I will continue taking my kids there as long as possible, unless I move for some reason and I even recommended them to a friend for their little one and they haven't a complaint either.
Really liked this clinic until they refused to see my one year old daughter for her one year well check appointment. My husband and I took her in for her scheduled appointment and they refused to see her because she had a cough. No fever and definitely not COVID, but they still refused to see her. Will not be going back.
If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. My daughter and I were harassed during our visit. We were all masked up except for my oldest. She was having a snack and had her mask ready to be put back on when she was finished. The medical assistant threw a fit about it and went and told the manager of the clinic. She tried to harass us as well but I told her we weren't in the wrong and to leave us alone. I should have video recorded this and blasted their behavior everywhere. Then the medical assistant didn't even know how to take a temperature and put down that my daughter had 101.98 fever which she definitely did not. This clinic is a joke and I will be sticking with my kids normal pediatrician.
The provider we saw was great, but before we made any appointments we had them verify that she was an in-network provider with our insurance. They took our insurance info and verified yes, she was. A few weeks later bills started rolling in because she is out if network. When we called them about it they said that they made a mistake but that we still owed the hundreds of dollars we got billed.
I would love to write a good review about Suzy Corcoran as I think she is a wonderful pediatrician and she is always very sweet and helpful. However the front office staff are never very nice, they are very rude and don’t make you feel welcomed. When I called worried about my son coming in contact with scabies, Tina answered and made me feel stupid for calling about such a thing. I love the nurses and drs but I absolutely hate the front staff. I wish they hired people in front who were caring and welcoming instead of who is there now
I've had good experiences and I've had bad. Cari Rodgers, the boys doctor is great. Every time we see her she is kind and informative. The front office staff, however, are terrible. Every time I come in it's something. They misplaced my paperwork. They didnt correctly schedule my appointment. They scheduled the wrong child. Today i sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes, waiting for my sons 6 month wellness exam. After asking how much longer it would take, the "nurse" informed me that she had tried to call me last week, but the phone number given wasnt working which isnt true. And that they couldn't see me today. That his doctor didnt work fridays. I said it's fine he can see someone else. They said they didnt have time to see us today. After sitting for almost an hour, they decide to tell me that. I probably could have sat there all day before they noticed us still waiting. After trying to right the situation, they were rude and snarky about it. I'm conflicted about finding a new doctor. But I think I may after my experience and treatment today.
Rohnda the nurse that i always see is very polite a great listener and always very efficiant and timely with appointments 9/10 times im in there for 25-30 mins and then im gone because i already have what i needed, others im in there until they figure out whats wrong with me and i wouldnt want anything less. Suzy corcoran one of the pediatricians there is the best doctor ive ever know and genuinely cares about the health and well being of her paitents as well as the hardships theyre going through in life, shes as absolutly helpful as she can be and im very honored to call her my doc. However the star thats missing is for the front staff. Never very helpful or friendly. They never even greet me when i come in, they seem to dislike their job or the environment which doesnt make much sense because back in the doctors room its very positive vibes and always very very friendly, the people in the back always seem to be happy to be doing what they are, creating a kind caring environment.
