Provo Beach has blossomed in the past few months and I’m very impressed. They’ve gotten new games in, it feels cleaner, they have a cool shark stairway, and my favorite, they have massage chairs in. They’ve made so many upgrades and their new menu board is fantastic love the moving water background. It looks like they’ve updated their website as well…much needed and it looks fresh. This place feels safe, it’s got reasonable prices, and they’ve got some pretty good ice cream at their Ike’s creamery. Go Provo Beach, you’ve got my business and keep it up with the changes, it makes each time exciting to see what’s new.
We celebrated my daughter 4th birthday at Provo Beach. We requested the mini tots package which was perfect and fabulous for my daughter and her same age friends that came to the party. It includes ice cream, carouselwhich was the kids favorite, playground and arcade games. There was something fun and ideal for all the kids. They all had so much fun which was my mayor goal. Staff was super attentive and nice during the event. They had everything well organized and ready on time. Thank you so much Provo Beach for providing us this fun space to have a great time with family and friends. I will highly recommend it with anyone I come in contact.
Fun place. Lots to do. Staff service was super slow - including getting in and trying to redeem tickets. Combining cards {either tickets or credits MUST be done at the front desk - which again was super slow. Needs better air conditioning - it was quite hot upstairs.
We had a company party at this location and it was a blast for everyone and every age group. We spent most of our time bowling, and sampling their delicious ice cream. Other members of our company spent time in the arcade or in the rope course. An amazing place for a company party. Usually we try and sneak out early, but we closed the place down we were having so much fun!
Flow rider was great but you can get heard easy.. Awesome staff. some arcade games didn't work well, did get back a dollar. Bowling and laser game were also great.
Surfing in Utah... in winter! I'll take it. It was a great night. We had a group of 40+ and reserved the whole wave for a couple hours. Everyone got to try it, or just sit in the hot tubnor bleachers and watch. All the wipeouts make it quite entertaining.
Faulty playground entrance lock is a serious fire hazard or fire code violation. Their enclosed playground has a door that can’t be accessed from the outside without employees pressing a button. From the inside, there’s a motion sensor that’s supposed to unlock the door. However, it throws an error when there is lots of continuous motion at the entrance. The entrance is where parents sit to watch their kids so there is frequently continuous motion that causes an error. We attempted on a few occasions to get out and could not get the door to unlock, despite our motion. Don’t be surprised if you get locked in for a period of time. Allow the door to reset by stopping all motion, then try to walk up to it. Otherwise, you’ll feel like once you get in, you can’t get out without getting the attention and intervention of the employees at a desk some 100 feet away. Feels scary should an emergency evacuation be required.
Such a fun family place! We came for my sons birthday party a couple of days ago and he had a blast. If you’ve never had a party here before, I recommend doing so, and asking for Emma as your host! We have never had such an attentive and helpful party host before, she was wonderful. Overall a great place for some family fun and a celebration.
My girls had fun. It was my first time here. If needed to critique anything it would be designated signs for the entrance tickets. People came in at multiple entrances and tried to play stupid by cutting the line. Also it took longer than it needed to. The place was very clean.
Very poor service!! I ordered $300 worth of gift cards that were supposed to be mailed the next day. Finally arrived in Lindon five miles away a week later only to find that they only sent me $100 of my $300 orders. When I called the lady told me that they assumed my orders were mistakes. So instead of reaching out to me and verifying that I actually wanted $300 they decided to only send $100 and wait for me to reach out to them. So much for my grandkids being able to go to Provo Beach together over the holidays.
