I was so impressed with how fast,efficient, and comfortable my visit to Provo Dental was. I went in for a root canal and the entire procedure was pain free and 24 hours later I still feel great. I felt like the Dr. and hygienists really cared about my needs. Having a movie on with headphones available made the procedure so much more relaxing and comfortable. They were extremely honest and trustworthy, I plan to continue using them in the future. It was probably on of the best dental experiences I have.
Fantastic new patient experience! The entire staff was very friendly, compassionate and sensitive to my needs. Dr. Nielsen and his team were very thorough in going over my treatment plan. I was able to schedule my next visit with no hesitation. I would absolutely recommend Provo Dental Care to my family and friends.
Provo Dental is marvelous. We originally started going there around 2005 because we no longer wanted dangerous amalgam fillings, and we were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They have been so good to us, and especially our special-needs son who has his dental work done under anesthesia. They also let us cut his hair while he's still out, since our son won't let us cut his hair while he's awake.
I had a really good experience at Provo Dental Care and would recommend them to anyone. I plan on returning there for all my dental care needs while living in Provo. They are the best choice in Provo for BYU students without Dental Insurance because they offer deep discounts on their services for those students. The office is large and comfortable, filled with state-of-the-art equipment. The staff and incredibly accommodating and go the extra mile to meet your needs. For example, a week after my dental work I was noticing slight pain in one part of my mouth. I dropped by their office to see about setting up a follow-up visit so I could have it checked out. Rather than making me set up a visit they saw me right away and resolved the issue.
I first went to Provo dental because I was having some pain in the back of my mouth. I called, and the ladies at the front desk were very professional and helpful. They scheduled me in asap and i was able to get everything looked at and they found that my wisdom teeth are coming in. I am a poor college student who doesn't have a ton of money to spend on wisdom teeth! but they did everything they could to get my price lowered and help me with my costs. Provo and Spanish Fork Dental is a great Dental office that I would recomend to everyone! The dentist the assistants and the receptionists were all very professional and helpful. They made me feel like home and you can just tell by the enviornment that they care about every single customer! I am from Park City and I am just in Provo for college but they have earned a life long customer! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else
I loved it! I will say, I've never had a cavity and they broke my clean record, but I'm glad they found it and they took care of it super fast and pain free. Everyone was so nice! Even though my mouth was numb, I still had fun talking to the hygienists. My insurance covered everything x-rays and clean except for a portion of the cavity. I would recommend going there!
From the front desk to the back, every worker was friendly, flexible, and funny. They have the latest technology, and it was quick and high quality. I only visited with Dr. Moody, but he was personable and confident. I highly recommend it, if you like being treated kindly and you value high quality dental care. Also, I had trouble with my insurance, and they found every way possible to discount the service student discount, delay payment for all of it as I got the right insurance card, so they are willing to work with you!
My daughter had some work done on her teeth that was falling apart. Her teeth looked horrible. While we were staying temporarily in Utah, Provo Dental was able to get her an appointment on short notice, and take care of all the work needed on the same day. Her teeth are pretty again, and she enjoys showing them off. Thanks!
Easily the best experience I've ever had- from start to finish. The receptionist was very pleasant on the phone. She was able to give me clear directions about payments, location and services. Kortney, the dental assistant, was very friendly. She was very informative, upbeat and explained everything so nicely. Just an overall friendly and positive person. I feel so anxious when going to a dentist and she made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Nielsen was very prompt, professional and thorough. I liked how he chatted with the girls are they were working on my teeth. Shows that he is trying to get to know his employees. They also made me feel like I was the only patient they were going to see that day, so they were making the best out of it. They are easy to work with as far as financing goes. Their prices were very reasonable. I had to get a root canal and I've had one before so I knew that they were going to be super pricey. I used my student discount and was very happy with the way that we were able to discuss my payment plan. I've always used dental insurance and this time I didn't have any so I was a little nervous but was surprised and pleased with the price. I was originally scheduled for an exam and x-rays but ended up going with the treatment at the time. They had no problem fitting me in and the whole appointment took about 2 hours and it felt like 30 min. Last time I got a root canal from a different doctor it took 3 hours and I felt like I was waiting around the whole time with people running around doing God knows what. Overall, just a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be coming back and will be a long-term customer. -Mila Fjodorova
I love Provo Dental care. They are a great office and they truly follow through on their contest. I had won 2 all day passes to 7 peaks and they had accidently sent 2 Passes of all Passes to be redeemed and let me keep them. I love their office and their Dr's and assistants and front desk. They are very helpful
