Have a 99 ford mustang with the Mach radio system in it and wanted to update it.  Ian after getting into it found that the subwoofers were not working which I did not even know after he looked into it more found it was one of the 3 amps.  After finally getting it from ford I took the new amp to him and Ian fixed the system with the updated radio system.  I could not be more pleased how it turned out and how professional he was in explaining everything.

Awesome experience here! Great attitude and they catered to my bombardment of crazy questions. I got the equipment I needed quickly and I'm even happier to say the prices were extremely fair! I'll be coming to Provolume for all my car audio needs!

I had a tough issue to solve with my vehicle. It was so much more beyond just an install and some plug and play solution. Not only did Pro Volume do a top shelf install but, they also spent the time and did a thorough search to find all the parts and pieces it was going to take to fix the problem correctly the first time. I will shop there again and I would recommend anyone to go there first before going down the street. Thanks for all the hard work and effort. You guys are the best!

Great Audio Shop! Had a subwoofer, box, and amp installed. Ian is extremely knowledgeable and is a master in his trade. The entire process was seamless, I got an estimate of all costs upfront, scheduled the appointment, and he was done when he said it would be finished. I picked the vehicle up and it was much better than I anticipated. Extremely clean install and VERY loud. Would definitely recommend... and will be a repeat customer.

Ian was great to work with on the install for my vehicle.  He provided a written estimate upfront with detailed breakdown of the hours required to complete the job.  He always answers the phone and communicates well through the whole process from initial scheduling to pick up.  Very happy with his work!

Ian at ProVolume is a true professional.  He presented the options of a new head unit for my F150.  He outlined a reasonable time frame and set clear expectations for me as a client.
