We took our 12 week old Frenchie in for heart murmur related issues. And although we didn't get the news we were wanting to hear. The staff and doctors helped us put our little guy down in the best way possible. They were very nice, very informative. We will definitely be bringing our animals in again in the future.
They are very wonderful.my little bit had to be put to sleep. Dr. Grammar came to my house with a assistant,I can't remember her name. But they were very caring and explained everything. I have always had a good experience. Would always highly recommend them.
As far as big animals go they’re great, but I won’t be taking any small animals there anymore. My old geriatric cat, Tink, was taken in 10/07 for a full blood work panel done and check up. They said he needed his teeth cleaned and signed him up to come back in a week. Given his age, I dropped him off with 2 post-surgery nutritional supplements I wanted doc’s advice on as well as the lactating ringer I was sent with last week so s/he could show me how to use it on him. They call me right at closing time. I go pick him up, they hand me back my bag full of my stuff with no notes or anything. Doc was already gone for the day. Didn’t teach me how to use the lactating ringer much less offer any advice on the geriatric supplements. I wasn’t given an instruction sheet or anything even after him being sedated. I also paid for pain meds that did not come with him?? This was on a Friday, so now my cat has to be in pain until their office opens Monday. I will not be back with my cat.
Tuesday evening our little Maltese Itty Bitty who has a history of seizures starting having one that just would not stop. We live in Tahlequah which has no emergency vet I found out about Pryor Vet Hospital called vet me us there. He was very caring and compassionate. Unfortunately he was not able to save her as it was just to bad. Our precious little girl crossed the rainbow bridge while there, everyone was just heartbroken especially her Daddy. The care and compassion Wyatt Schroeder showed us was above and beyond, would recommend him anytime.
I’ve been privileged to know Dr. Propp most of my life and no one will care for your animal better than he and his staff. When my dog passed away, they all sent a condolence card and Dr. Grammer held my hand as he passed. I’ll never go anywhere else.
I came in to get some assistance to try to save five brand new baby kittens and I'm told that I'm not going to get charged but then I get a bill in the mail and when I call and ask to get some help with the bill that I was told I wasn't going to have to pay I'm told that I'm obligated to pay it I do not recommend Pryor vet I will be pulling my records from the vet $45 is more important to them than a patient.
We had a emergency tonight with our pup and the vet was there with another emergency when I called. She took excellent care of our of our pup we appreciate y'all so much
Dr Propp is amazing. He did an awesome job with my horse tonight very thorough and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
The most caring and genuine vet! Wyatt Schroder saw our dog after hours and immediately got us in. He’s great at his job and genuinely cares for animals! Hands down one of the best vets!
