Ps 181 Brookfield

My son transferred into this school from the valley stream district and the experience has been exhausting to say the least. Just to get someone to assist you with anything is like pulling teeth. My son was unable to get school information to log into the remote classes and calling to the school to get assistance and finally getting it meant he missed almost a week of school for a simple password reset. If this happened once I think I would be able to forgive it but several times is unacceptable. I’ve asked several times for his teacher to call me to no avail. He’s only been in this school less than a month and I’m regretting the fact that I moved into this district. I’m glad he’s graduating and going to another school because I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.

I adore this school although I don't attend it anymore I love it, I was there at that school since pre-k and the principal there was so nice to me. I graduated this school with principals list and Dean's award and other academic rewards for my graduation and I don't usually visit it that much because they aren't to happy when middle school kids go in the school. But if you live near this area and you are a child or parent, attend the school because it is a very good school.

I'm surprised this school is still around.. I went there for 5th and 6th grade back in 1995 and 1996.. the principal was Mr. Zimmerman. He had a twin brother. He sure was old. I remember there wasn't a park behind the school. Just a massive swampy looking field of bush. It looked pretty scary. Sometimes we would see fires on JFK if you looked way yonder. I'd send my daughter here. It was a great school back then.

Best school ever!!!! The 6years i have been their were great the teachers are so helpful and really teacher you. The Fifth grade teachers mrs khafaga and ms keller ar ethe best they are fun loving teacher that made me gradute. I miss them so much. Like we were selected to do the lion king kids on broadway it was a dream come true. Ps181 us a home to be they are thoughful loving caring and amazing helpers. I love you ps181 always in my heart

Great school. Principal treat kids like his own big family. Feels like one big family where everybody help each other. It really takes a village to raise a child and this school - that village.

One of the Best school in Rosedale, Jamaica .. Great teachers from Kindergarten Ms. Webb, Ms. Philogene etc and great Principal Ms. Wheeler . For the safety and security in school is number one as well . I highly recommended to others

I went to this school in 2008 some teachers over there have no respect what so ever this teacher told the class the reason I go to occupational therapists because I don't know to use my hands and legs.
