The clothes are very comfortable and reasonably priced ! I’ve been going to this store a few years now and it’s my new favorite! They are closing so many stores it’s very sad ! It’s hard to find good clothes these days and to have a fitting room !!!!! A lot of stores closed heir fitting rooms!! It’s insane , I don’t have time to return and all that ! I hardly have time to make it to a mall !! I go to the one in Willow grove shopping center, it’s very nice there , clean , security! It’s always very busy ! The mall is very nice tho , it’s 3 levels !!
My teen daughter purchased 3 pairs of pants totaling $67 from the Willow Grove, Pa Aeropostale. One white pair had a noticeable stain, another had a 6 in. rip along the seam and the 3rd didn't fit. Their dressing rooms were locked for Black Fri. so the defects weren't noticed until she tried them on at home. She took all three back 2 days later with the original sales receipt. Tags were missing from 2 of the 3 prs. but their in store policy posted online states that returns will be honored within 60 days w/ original receipt for a full refund. She was told that she couldn't return them " because of the missing tags" and was never even offered to exchange them; they didn't even want to take back the tagged pair! my daughter called me in to the store, frustrated, and at first they were ready to just process the refund for me no questions asked, but when I referenced my daughter and asked the young manager why they denied it for her, they deferred to a more senior manager there who then tried to pull the same ruse on me! I held my phone in front of them with their return policy and read it out loud to the older manager, who accusingly asked, " how do we know she didn't wear them?" no apologies for the defective merch, the fact that she couldn't try them on, their clearly posted return policy OR the hassle for the return: we were made to feel like we were asking for something unreasonable !!??. We will NEVER shop there again, especially since they also tried to oversell a "special" to my teen daughter's friend 2 days prior and then gave her a hard time for the return 15 minutes after paying when she realized that the sales pitch was misrepresented and she paid more than she was led to believe the items would cost. This company seems to prey on the young and their sales tactics are unethical.
They always have decent amount of clearance items and sizes. I could do without the constant trying to get customers to get a store card.
Love that store.
