I broke my neck 6 years ago it left me a partial paraplegic. I have been going to get physical therapy for almost 6 weeks now. The people there are amazing. I can feel my muscle tone and strength coming back. That I thought I had lost forever. They have been working with me to help me they're very patient understanding General just all around great people. Who is helping me get a better quality of life again. God bless them all
The entire staff at this location is always friendly and welcoming while remaining professional at all times. They ask and listen to my input and really make me feel I am a part of my recovery process. Kasia and Alex remember where I leave off and push me to exceed each time. Highly recommend them if you are in the need of PT. Well worth the drive for me from Columbia County.
A very friendly office, while still being professional. Although it’s not a very big space, there seems to be room enough for all the patients. My therapist is very good - listened to my concerns and came up with a therapy plan that has already started to help. I would definitely recommend this office.
I have a history of not-so-good experiences with physical therapy, so I was nervous going in the first time for work on my elbow and shoulder. It did not take long for them to put me at ease and they have continued to earn my trust. Kasia and Corey are knowledgeable and competent. They take time to listen, work with how you are feeling and your pain level, and continue to challenge you with a variety of methods and exercises. It's pretty incredible the progress I've made in just a few weeks. They work hard to create an environment in which you are comfortable and can do the work needed to get better, and they make PT as fun as it can be. The admin staff are fantastic, and it's been great to work with Bryce during his rotation here. I won't go anywhere else for therapy. These folks are the best!
My husband was always reluctant to do pt. After surgery for a torn rotator cuff, he went to PT Solutions in North Augusta. To my surprise, he faithfully went to ALL of his appointments. He improved even faster than the Dr. thought it would take. This was all do to the wonderful staff and their abilities. We have recommended PT to our friends in need. Thank you PT Solutions.
The staff here is amazing! I came in with neck pain stemming from an accident. Kasia was able to do an initial analysis to determine what treatment I would need. I had the liberty of working with all of the therapists here and I only have good things to say. They are all great at what they do and I’d recommend PT Solutions of North Augusta to everyone. I’m very pleased with how they do business here.
I would rate them with a hundred stars if I could !! The entire staff went above and beyond. I have a lot of injuries that make evaluating and treating me very difficult, but they were bound and determined to help me. When it was determined that my condition was to the point where it would be dangerous for me to have any sort of physical therapy, The staff didn't stop there. They continued until they made sure I got to the Specialist I needed to see. Besides possibly saving my life, When I first called them I was having no luck finding a physical therapy facility on my insurance network. They actually jumped through all the hoops to get their business onto my insurance Network so that they could get my costs down. Amazing!!!!!
My visit to PT Solutions in North Augusta, SC was a very satisfying session. I felt special. Kasia Mooney was so informative. She and her assistant explained in detail every step of the session. They made me feel relaxed and very comfortable with them. I would definitely recommend you try PT Solutions for your physical therapy need. A big shout out to the entire staff.
Everyone was amazing from Sarah and Ashley at the front desk to Gabe, Kasia, and Stew as therapists. Such a personable group of people that made me enjoy going to my appointments. Not only that, but they listened with open ears when I wanted to change the program a little bit. Wonderful experience overall
I recommend PT Solutions of North Augusta,SC for several reasons. After I was given a list of places to go for physical therapy I chose PT Solutions and I'm glad I did. Each session starts with an evaluation of your current condition. The staff is very professional and I'm saying that from my experience from the start of each PT session they demonstrate and explain why and what the exercises are designed to do. Each session has progressed me into a fast recovery. Yes, you have to do the work but, the staff works along with you during each session and you feel better each time you do the exercises. Great place to get diagnosed after a injury. I'm looking forward to a full recovery soon because of PT Solutions they have made a believer out of me because of this professional staff.
