the manager at the Maitland location, Jeremy, was incredible. I had issues with my storage units at different facilities, and he was very proactive in solving those issues. The reason this is important is because the managers at those other locations were not even available to talk.
Jeremy at the Maitland location was extremely helpful, he met us at the location on a Saturday morning and completed our request in a very timely manner! It was a pleasure doing business with Jeremy!
Recently I rented a space at this facility Maitland, FL. and I was attended to by Edith. Edith could not have been more pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. The transaction was simple and quick and I was pleased to discover that I was actually saving a little money based on the rates that I had found from other rental facilities in the area. The facility is very well laid out, very secure and could not be more easy to access and use. I would recommend this property/facility to anyone and Edith is exceptional at making the entire property top notch. 5 Stars For Sure .Thank you for a simple and great experience.

Edith and this facility deserve a 6 star review! We have been been storing here for 8+ years so we definitely have credibility behind this stellar review. Today we rented a 2nd unit with ease online and with Edith's help. She is a great property manager and she really cares about the clients. The units are spotless, the property is safe and their staff is super helpful. We highly recommend this facility and the service that they provide.
Edith was the best! She was very friendly, professional and helpful. She showed me around the property when I moved in and showed me how everything worked. I would highly recommend using this facility and working with Edith!
Edith is incredible. It is rare to find someone these days that is so conscientious about her job and has a great attitude. I rented from her 4 years ago and she still has the same vim and vigor as then. It is unfortunate that she is retiring in 2 months but she deserves it. Thank you Edith!!
Edith, who manages the property, is the epitome of great customer care. Every step of the way, when I've had a question, or an issue with my key, she always comes up with a quick solution. And she is ALWAYS so NICE! Give her a raise!
I have to say that your manager Edith is a gem, she helped us when we needed a larger unit on moving to Florida, and when we removed some items and needed a smaller unit, Edith was so helpful in helping us choose the right size for our remaining items. Also, every time we go to the facility it is kept so clean and we like the climate control. I would recommend this Public Storage site. update 7/30/21 Went to check my storage unit today and must say the place is still kept clean and the manager Edith is still very pleasant and helpful.
Excellent facility and Edith is the best! Thanks so much for working so hard to make sure everything is clean and ready to go at all times. I've rented storage units in the past, but this is a new level of customer service and care. Very grateful I found this place - and the big storage unit that I needed on the ground floor no less!
