I love it here, Kelly is truly incredible with how she runs her facility. It is my first time renting a storage unit here and Kelly has gone above and beyond helping me through so much. I had a technical mix up when signing up online, but she helped me resolve the situation no problem. Thank you Kelly for all of your incredible help, can’t imagine this place without you.

Kelly property manager was extremely helpful with anything I needed. She was able to lower my rate and helped me close my account when I moved. I had a unit for 5 years and never had a problem. I don’t plan on needing a storage unit again, but if I do, I will most definitely go back there.
Ask for Julie or Kayla they provide excellent customer service and help with absolutely anything you need!

I originally met Kelly via a phone call regarding renting a storage locker at the Buffalo Grove location. On the phone she was knowledgeable and reassured me the locker would hold all my furniture. Recently I finally met Kelly in person. In person she’s even more kind and thoughtful. She took the time to show me the locker space and also suggested the most efficient manner to store my furniture. Moving is incredibly stressful so to encounter someone like Kelly has made a part of it bearable. Thank U Kelly much appreciated. Eva
I have had a positive experience when Charity was the Manger. I called 1 time to ask a question and Kelly was not very helpful. I have a storage unit there for 7 years. I went to location during working hours she was not there.I left a message and still have not had a response to my message in 3 days. I feel like all she cares about is renting to a new client. Also if you read reviews it’s all about new. You would think a company would value previous Clients and not just keep raising rates. Very disappointed. What happened to good customer service???
This is my new favorite place! Highly recommend you come here, Kelly the property manager is one of the sweetest people I’ve met and she stays on top of her game when it comes to running this facility. Super happy with my rental, I’ll be a long time customer Thank you Kelly!
Kelly and the Buffalo Grove site were a great help in getting 2 rooms set up for our recent home renovation. Made the whole process easy. Very communicative and open about how the system works. I've used this site before and will recommend others to do the same.
As a first time storage renter, I really love the facility at this Public Storage in Buffalo Grove. Someone who makes that a great place is Kelly. She is extremely helpful and gives a lot of great insight. I truly appreciate her transparency and her positive energy.
