Today we went on and had some questions about our current unit and possibly switching. Jessica made it so simple to make the switch today and even went to show us the bigger space! Her customer service was fantastic and you can tell she knew her stuff. So grateful for her, we updated and couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Jessica.

Leti was so so helpful in helping with the move in and was very patient in helping me change units as well as getting the lock changed on my unit. The location is definitely older and the units are more run down that other locations. Design of the freight elevators are also not the most convenient. Needed to change units upon move in because the first unit smelled strongly of molded wood/ bad odor. Leti helped me handle the transfer and is always very helpful and cheerful everytime I have questions or needed assistance. Pricing is decent for the area, probably because units are a bit older.

A few months ago, I came to find my passport, which was tucked away in a box in my storage unit. I was stressed and totally forgot my box cutter. Anthony at the desk came to my aid, and loaned me some scissors. I was so grateful that he allowed me to use them! I was able to find my passport. I returned a month after that, and needed to get rid of some things in my unit. There was no flatbed available, which I really needed. It was about 95 degrees--and very humid. Anthony took the time to look around the whole facility in order to find me that flatbed so I didn't have to carry the boxes individually to my car. He was and is always polite, and cheerful. Anthony's customer service goes above and beyond what is customary; and I told him this. Anthony really made my day!!! It is an uncommon joy to have a younger person go above and beyond what his/her job responsibilities are. No doubt he is destined for greatness! I hope his supervisor takes note of this review!!!

Jessica and Vicky are very professional and made this process slide right by they were great you’re Very lucky to have them I will definitely let my friends and family know.

Anthony provided superior customer service. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly. He went above and beyond for us by getting our lock in the unit and stayed a few minutes after closing to help us purchase our unit. Great job, Anthony!

I had the best experience!  Amelia and Jessica are incredible and helpful. My parents have had a storage locker at public storage for close to 20 years and moved across the country so weren’t able to get their items. I made the trip to get some of their valued possessions and Jessica worked with my father to get me access to their unit and Amelia checked on me throughout the day and was so kind and helpful.  I was worried about opening a unit that had not been accessed for so many years but it was clean, well lit, and well maintained.

Anthony was a great help to me today in Obtaining a rental space I would recommend him to anyone who needs public storage
