Allie and Ashley deserve all the 5 stars, praises and raises possible. Those two always made sure everyone on the premises were safe with a clean area, made sure we all understand the protocols and the elevator/access code. When I reserved the wrong unit size and didn’t realize until I thought it was too late, those ladies made sure everything was taken care of and that we were in the best unit and price available. Thank you for calming us during the most stressful of times. We wish to have had a garbage bin even if it was extra charge but understandably we know why, and thank you for being around when we needed you both all day : for the knowledge and professionalism with the friendliest staff. Sorry this review is overdue but thank you again for the sweetness, security and cheerful personality we very much needed!!
The ladies here are incredibly sweet! We were able to gain access to our unit a day early and they didn’t rush us out when we’re getting the last of things off our truck. They helped me into the elevator with my dolly as I carried my 9 month old on my hip. Just amazing, you don’t get that kind of service as often these days. Aside from the amazing service, the units are very clean and secure! Highly recommend
UPDATE: Sarah, manager for this location reached out and went above and beyond to provide awesome customer and rectify my previous issue. I greatly appreciate the service she provided. She was caring and empathetic to my situation and offered a real solution. Thank you so much Sarah! Rent for my unit was $151 and has now increased to $343 over 4 years. However, the exact unit at the exact same location is being advertised and rented for $229 or online special pricing of $183. This makes absolutely no sense.
I went shopping for a storage unit today to temporarily aide our moving process. I went to 2 different facilities in the area before this one and found no availability at the first place and possible availability but poor service at the second one where the lady at the office recommended I shop on their website instead. If I wanted to do that I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas to drive down. I ended up a Public Storage in Spring Valley where Allie took care of us so well! She was very welcoming, I made the comment that she should be in the hospitality industry. She didn't act like she was too busy to help us and she even took us on the property to show us the different size units. The process was very easy. We love the location and the security measures this place has. Thanks to Allie we also know exactly how to get to the unit, restrooms and moving dollies. 5 star service, 5 Star business
Shout out to Sarah and team for helping me open a storage unit ! She was very kind and professional and even walked me to my unit. Sarah also did an amazing job setting me up and conveniently placing me in an easy access location so that moving my belongings was a smooth transition. The 5 stars are due to employees Sarah and Ashley. They are awesome! Frankly, after my initial conversation with I’m assuming the corporate office, I was turned off because it felt like high pressure sales. However, I decided to visit the facilitiy in person. After Sarah gave me the tour, I decided this was the right place for me. I went online for the best price, then Ashley got me set up to move in right away. Great experience! Thank you Sarah and Ashley!
The service provider Chantel was WONDERFUL! She was friendly and took her time to show me my options and locations of multiple units. As well as take care of walk in clients. If i could give 10 I would. Great person and saved me time and money.
Jenny was great ! Her customer service was 10/10. She also speaks Spanish which is FANTASTIC! I accompanied my mom and I usually have to translate, but she did a better job then I ever could.
Alexandra is the best. She was willing and able to assist me with all of my questions and concerns. The staff here seems extremely patient and helpful, which can sometimes be hard to come by.
This is a great facility. Always clean. Nice size parking lot with an easy entrance and exit for people driving large uhaul style trucks that may not feel comfortable turning them around in a parking lot. Staff is friendly and responsive as well.
