'Clean' is an understatement. The manager Kristen was super courteous and attentive to my every need. I arrived 5 minutes to closing and still got a tour and a glowing smile! A+ on all points!
Clean & convenient. Kristen, the lady in the office, is very sweet & attentive. She's also very kind & thoughtful. The 1st time I came there, I was crying so when she called me, weeks later, she said she hoped things had gotten better. Remembering me, without seeing me is really a rarity in customer service these days.
I did not have a good experience with Public Storage. I found the management to be unprofessional and rude. They made changes to our account even though we paid on time without telling us so it was difficult accessing our unit during a stressful time trying to move and work simultaneously.
Great experience with Kristen who was very friendly, open, transparent & informative about the services. She took the time in giving us a tour of the facilities. But most important, she assisted us with going online to apply for a more competitive rate for the service. Truly a 5 star rating in my opinion.
I wish I could give this store 10 stars! Kristen was beyond helpful and just so pleasant to work with. I've never been happier to give someone my money. I highly recommend this store and thinks its the best storage solution in Bartlett!
The Public Storage in Bartlett is great! They have convenient automatic draft, email updates, and are staffed with live personnel who I've always found to be been very helpful & easy to work with. Most recently for me, Kristen was a HUGE help! Thank you for the water, etc., Kristen! You were a life saver! I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to any of my friends & family or anyone looking for a reputable place to store your belongings.
My wife and I really appreciate Kristen assistance. She was very helpful, kind, professional, excellent customer service. She explained everything in detail and made sure we understood the information provided. We look forward to more future business for this location. Thanks again Kristen for everything !!
Our family needed two units quickly. One climate controlled and the other not. Kristen made it happen. She knows her stuff and got us the units needed and close together too. Thank you Kristen!
