The pizza & pasta here is authentic & delicious! We met the chef who imported his wood fired oven from Napoli. I had the bolognese with handmade sauce & pasta! The chef also makes several types of delicious homemade gelato! My husband had the toasted coconut ash & I had the pistachio! Both were out of this world!
Today, this store gets only three stars from me. The store is clean and nice, and in a good area. The woman in the bakery was very generous and nice. However, one of the cashiers saw that I was struggling with my basket overflowing and she told me to go get a shopping cart. At most Publix supermarkets they would've been more than happy to help. It is 8:09 on Friday morning and the store is mostly empty. So evidently she doesn't feel like doing much or any work today. She had zero customers and literally just standing around. Then upon check, the man that was bagging my groceries asked me "is this for Instacart?" I wonder why he would presume I was shopping for Instacart! There isn't anything wrong with people that do that job, but it makes me wonder why he thought I was! No one has ever asked me that. I'm not dressed like any normal mother that is just trying to do quick grocery shopping before work. All of my negative encounters were with senior citizens that work there so I just ignore that poor customer service. I just know that this is the normal way of Publix employees. My cashier was pleasant and also a senior citizen so I'll give credit where credit is due.
Usually good service at deli pickup. Last time I had to guess my order, no name. My order was a little unique so I am pretty sure I didn't take somebody else's order.

Publix had lots of colorful displays for Valentine's. They seemed well stocked. Any Publix that carries my favorite soda, Barq's Root Beer, is worth shopping at! Not many stores has it in stock at all. It was nice finding it while I waited for road assistance for my car.
Unacceptable that Publix has no chicken wings and no tenders til they get a truck later this afternoon. As large of a store this is the deli manager should be written up for not having enough food/chicken to serve guests.
Not trying to be a Karen at all lol but it seems like every time I come here, I’ve always had to deal with rude employees. A young girl that wears pink/red eyeglasses is especially rude and rolls her eyes when someone asks her for help or to do her job. I also didn’t know there was an age limit on cookie samples in the bakery lol. I asked politely if I could have a sugar cookie and the old woman scoffed at me and said “umm these are for little kids” with a snarky look on her face. I told her that’s strange bc I got a cookie the previous week lol. Idk this Publix is just a weird vibe with rude people.
Very well designed. Stocked with lots of great deli items, fresh baked goods and organic produce.
Nice store. Good selection of items not available to northern living individuals. Like to see the locally made products available.
This store can be 5 stars if they didn't have tall ugly toxic abusive bully customer service lady deb. She sets on chair holding her cane bullies customers but had the strength to get up to attack customers. She should not be working there. She creates unsafe environment for people and children to shop
