Waited three hours for prescriptions to be filled. The very next day my doctor called in a prescription at 9:15 am at 11:10 they told me they couldn’t even check the voice mails to make sure they got my prescription. They said give them a while. I explained to them that my doctors office closed at noon on Fridays and ask them to please check. Again I was told that they couldn’t check it right now. So I guess they don’t care if I get my meds before Monday and I’m really sick. I will never go back here again.

I took my children to the urgent care on the 28 of September in the afternoon it is now the 29 of September 8:00 o’clock in the evening and their prescriptions are not ready. Ridiculous horrible service  nasty attitude and management don’t care will not be going there anymore

I use to come here often, but they have been rude and take forever to give medication. If I call they are rude. And when talking in person they give you attitude. I understand people are under stress but I haven’t done anything but come and picked up my medicine for them to go off. There is a women there who yells for no reason. I have a small voice and she gets an attitude with me. I have server anxiety and she gave me an anxiety attack there I had to leave. I tried speaking to someone about it and all they said was “I can’t do anything.” One of the Publix main store clerk was trying to help me. The pharmacists in this location are the worst.

UPDATE: Maskless women working in a pharmacy, still?? PUBLIX please hire people who are properly licensed and trained. This is my FOURTH complaint to corporate about this pathetic lack of professionalism.  Since June 2021, the service here turn for the worse. One of the pharmacy techs has been there years and is always wonderful. This has been my go-to pharmacy for 11 years and, before June, I never had an issue with services.

Worst service ever! Raveena told me my prescription should be ready max 15-20 mins!? I came after 25 mins to ask if my prescription is ready but no it wasn't. Anyways, i made my brother come back after 15 mins, someone name lynoh or something said to come back tomorrow at 12!!??? Wat??? I came asking what the hell was going on and they said oh the it will be ready as our pharmacist as stepped out, the assist manager name i think was nelli came after shopping for her groceries. I waited and waited she was talking to someone and made the bag. After i was so called to pick that bag, turns out it was not my prescription and my prescription was ready all along!!??? Why freaking make me wait an hour!??? They really need to see what thier employees are doing like what the hell??. I will never send my prescription here again! I rather go to kroger,walgreen, walmart as they have much faster services but not here anymore. I will recommend the same to all my family and friends and if you are reading this i really recommend going to the walgreens next to it, much faster service there!! This was the worst experience really bad!!!

They are a joke.... so far I have waited 4 hours and counting for 21 tablets of antibiotic for tooth abscess.....girl who answered the phone said they were working on prescription and two hours later the man said it was still not ready.....total of 4.5 hours.  I just called for the third time and was put on hold immediately for 5+ mins with not even the courtesy of answering.   Will never use this Publix again.   Anyone out there looking for pharmacists who are professional and committed to customer service and display empathy for their patrons need to know it won't be found at this Publix location.

I really like the customer service at this Pharmacy. I got my flu shot and whooping cough vaccine here and it was a very pleasant experience. I have since transferred my other prescription from the competitor across the street.

Sorry don't mean to describe someone this way since I don't know her name. She looked  Asian and very young in her twenties.  She was not very friendly or helpful. I love Publix but I would rate this young lady a one  star for her services.

They go out of their way to be helpful. Always get my prescription right even when I make a mistake. I have been a permanent customer since they opened. Mike
