This Publix on Roswell road is pretty good. Went here on a Saturday afternoon. And it was pretty quick. The store was pretty clean and it the associates inside the store were quite helpful as well. The store was well stocked too. The only issue is that there was not enough people at the registers. Only self checkout
Cleanest of all Publix stores. Young cashiers, but well trained. Employees always ready to assist customers. It is a large store with greater variety. Produce much better than most supermarkets with recommendations for substitutes when the supply chain has a hiccup. Pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable answering questions. Meat department very helpful when my dog's alligator food could not be shipped with suggestions for alternative protein. A very welcoming environment.
Just moved to this area and this is the worst Publix I have ever been to. The deli is HORRIBLE. Their staff is extremely slow, not friendly, doesn't seem to want to do anything. Forget trying to order a sub with only 1 person ahead of you! They are not completely stocked like most Publix's are. The only friendly employee that said anything to me looked like the produce manager. He was nice. The cashiers play around at the front and talk personally. Also bags groceries all unorganized because they're talking and playing around. Will go to a further location just to avoid this one.
Always a great experience for me. Publx, customer service is excellent. Very similar to Chick-fil-A!!!! Awesome in my opinion.

Staff seemed uninterested at the food court. The dining area was not maintained dirty tables and floors felt like I was in a mcdonald's dining area.
I have been customer for this store for 20 years. They are usually friendly, but I have never seen someone so rude, and misinformed like Ariana from the customer service center. It’s sad because it happens repeatedly. Someone could take a look at this.
Normally well stocked and very clean, there have been a few occasions where the sandwhich department seems to be out of everything hours before closing
This is my local Publix right outside of my neighborhood and as I work 6 miles south on the same road, there are 2 additional Publix's, and I frequently go to each of them. Out of all three, I feel this one is the most stocked, staffed and when I ask for help finding something the staff can recit it from memory,and usually just start leading me to the item. The staff are almost always in a happy mood, which is a great indicator of great management. Clean, well stocked, friendly staff and efficient checkout. Never had to look for a cart. One of the best Publix's I've had the pleasure of visiting.
Kyle worker in the deli department completely skipped over us to provide meals for his friends. He rudely ignored us and didn’t acknowledge that we had waited behind another couple for 10 minutes to order. We were simply told “sorry for the wait” when he should have apologized for trying to “help his homies out”. He took forever while they talked about his “plug” getting shot up somewhere… It was incredibly rude. Will not be returning to this location if making paying customers wait to chit chat with your friends is a regular occurrence or if he is still here…
