I needed help and I was very well attended with a super education by an employee named Yuri Steagal !!! Congratulations Publix
I come here frequently, my grandpa and I normally have great experiences. However, last time I went and got a sandwich from the Deli. They definitely gave me this devious smile and raised their eyebrows as they confirmed Bacon. My sandwich seemed to be every meat they could have possibly added and I still cannot fathom why. Or why he made it so clear that he was feeling a little chaotic today I didn't end up eating the sandwich anyways. I'm a little amused but also upset because I did spend my money on that and would love a sandwich I actually ordered.
A very nice beautifully designed grocery store. As soon as you walk in everything just feels so nice. Did some quick shopping to grab a few things. You can tell the store is somewhat new, but still everything is so clean, and nicely taken care of. Just like all other Publix stores the staff is very friendly, and helpful. They make you feel so welcomed unlike many other retail places these days. All, and all I will continue to use this store, and this chain for my grocery needs.
I go to this publix during the lunch rush, every time there’s on guy working the sub line with 5 people standing around doing nothing, and 20 people in line for the subs, but the problem is the front staff, lunch rush with 4 registers open? All staffed with kids that are more interested in conversation with each other then doing there job, a kid named Michael some kid with glasses and dark hair and some girl Chloe who I can only imagine are a couple were more interested in talking then working, my tray of sushi was haphazardly put in the bag and when I took it out it was all over the lid, never let couples work together in the same area. I should also mention the kid cashier Michael kid with glasses and dark hair also drives very wreck-less through the parking lot on the motor cycle I’ve seen him get on and speed out of the parking lot weaving around cars pulling out.. seriously Publix?
I always come to this store because of the great customer service but I guess today was not the day to receive that, only 1 person helping with customer service and when I went to the manager speaking with 2 more associates, I just asked for help to purchase money orders but they were upset because I interrupted their conversation and when I came back to customer services line the 2 ladies had bad attitude because my interruption. Sorry but if you work in customer services you supposed to help the customer as best as you can. Sorry but not sorry to the manager with white T-shirt and glasses speaking after the Cash out, you should be an example for your workers and maybe you should work in another store with that kind of level of customer services.
This store is bright and nicely laid out. Everything was extremely easy to find. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check out was a breeze.
Very Clean store. It was set up very differently to my normal location. It was easy to navigate using the signs. The cart return was a bit tricky to see.
Just like any Publix it was clean and the employees were helpful and friendly. I was greeted as I entered the store by not one but two employees. I was able to easily find what I was looking for and be on my way.
This is by far my favorite Publix. Is always clean, organized and well maintained. Also, the staff is super nice. It's always a pleasure to visit this location!
