This is real specific. Today I decided to buy a container of cut fruit from the produce section. The container has the perforated pull tab and I assume on the other side was a hinge in the plastic. It's clear so it was hard to tell but I assumed because that made sense. I get home and find that the container has come open. Maybe you guys need different containers for cut fruit. Or maybe the price label can be attached so that it holds the lid to the container.
Publix is such a great store. They have a great spot overhead to eat or do some work. Always great customer service. Haven’t met a unhappy employee yet! Always a great selection of produce and love the sandwiches they make too!
Smaller selection at this smaller Publix with odd choices- one year the Manager decided not to offer any Chanukah items or food in the Publix flyer. You may have to wait 30 minutes for fried chicken and catering for holidays is also limited, again smaller store. This store is easy to navigate and less crowded so shopping is a pleasure. Sign up for Publix online club for benefits.
Not a great experience. The self checkout lady stood across from me and faced me, watching me while I checkout then bends over to check the bottom of my cart. I understand they need to do a job and watch, but standing across from me watching me while there are others at the self checkout was very uncomfortable. I think she should've been focused on all of us. I will choose another store next time.
The first you notice is every employee says hi and asks if you need help. Secondly, they have a lot of buy one get one deals you can stock up on. Love the Bosrs Head meats and their fish selection.
The freshest produce around. Always clean and well stocked . I can always find the items i need here along with a smile From the cashiers
As a Black person I can’t stand coming to the publix at John Rolf parkway. The stereotypical stares,pacing back and forward and repetitive questioning while I’m at self checkout is completely ridiculous. Not only that, it’s a clear sign that common respect and customer services are only given to people of their color.
Great customer service. Prices were very reasonable. Convenient location with easy access in and out of the parking lot.
Honestly, i love this publix. Ive not had a bad experience...altho, i do wish the ethnic hair care wasnt near mens/bodyhair/pubic hair maintenance, smh.
I love this store.. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and I guess I’m there often enough that they know me now and that’s a good feeling …
