I ordered two sandwiches online today, so I have them ready for a pick up when my lunch break starts. I come to the store 5 minutes after pick up time and the sandwiches were not ready. I asked the lady behind the counter and she said they didn’t see the order printing out, but when she walked to the printer it was there. She said she’ll make them quickly. It took her exactly 27 minutes to make two Italian sandwiches. I know it’s not a fast food joint, but I literally spent my entire break waiting for sandwiches to be made. I wouldn’t be writing this bad review if it was only this one time. This happens all the time at this location. 15 minutes to make one sandwich is a little excessive. It would be nice if you guys can work on that.

So the woman named Lillian working at customer service was extremely rude and impatient when I was trying to find my tobacco products. If you don’t like your job don’t work there, plain and simple. To top it off when I get home this is what my sandwich looks like. One slice of bacon ripped in half on top of one chicken tender that looks like it was just ripped apart too. Very embarrassing.

The deli counter at Publix has to be the slowest no matter what time of day.  Second in line on a Sunday and it still took 20 minutes for service.  They had at least a half dozen working and a single person assisting customers.  Perhaps their manager or CEO should come up with a better business model!

I really like Publix. Publix cares!  They go out of their way to label the foods so that you know what's a better choice, what doesn't have gluten in it, and other important factors. It makes shopping there so much more convenient than at some of its competitors. I can walk in and know right where to go to get gluten-free products just like my doctor directed. Way to go team Publix!! They continue to update and expand the selection of foods they mark gluten free. On each aisle I'm seeing more and more products listed as being gluten-free. Even condiments like mustard and mayonnaise. Way to go! Publix!! It is amazing that one company is going to such links to be diligent and to be informative about better food choices.

Art helped me out here, he walked with me whole store to help me find a product. Publix always the best.

My friend Jonathan Gomez's house burned down from a brush fire. So, I decided to volunteer clean up. I picked up 10 Publix subs and Jim in the deli was Awesome.  Got them done right and in super quick. Thank you. Made the day for all of us helping better. Top notch employee and his area was spotless.  Five stars...

Overpriced, Random middle aged women walking thier little foo foo, obviously not a service dog through the store and the older gentleman in the liquor store unboxing bottles in an angry fashion does not create a good environment. Very unpleasant experience...

Love shopping at publix clean store fully stocked shelfs

I ordered a sub at 9:00 a.m. to be ready at noon. Got there about 7:10 and the sub was not ready. I asked about it and they said that it would be ready in 10 minutes. 15 minutes goes fine let me tell me it's going to be another five minutes. Meanwhile people are going through line getting their subs. I could have gotten mine if I had just gotten online. What's the point of ordering ahead if they're not going to have the money on time. And I was not the only one standing around waiting for your order

Produce could be fresher. Had to search through "old/wilted" to get what I needed. Bread isn't as good as it used to be.
