Friendly, helpful employees. Not so much with management. Deli people are exceptional and always a pleasure to just say hi. Butchers always go out of their way to please. Produce area clean and well supplied. Never saw anyone in the isles who didn't work hard. Thanks to all.
Well stocked shelves, good prices and friendly atmosphere. Spoke to one of the managers about an item and he was very responsive and helpful. Store very clean including the restrooms. Thank you Publix!
The food quality that I got delivered from Publix was excellent however there were some items that weren't available perhaps because of the recent storm we had. I used instacart and they were great and they kept in touch with me the whole entire time and kept me apprised of any changes or substitutions in my order and I will definitely use them again.
This Publix is the BEST!!!! Always has the lines moving fast and the workers seem to really care about their store. Always clean and easy to hike through. This is my go to store for sure
Good place for food shopping for quality food, and they have excellent customer service throughout the whole store. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about their store.
Its an older Publix, physically and clientele wise. Employees seem happy & are willing to assist. Although there are newer refrigerators/freezers, the old age seeps thru. Publix is a good company, with a wide range of foods & sales. If you are going to shop at this location, just be prepared to spend more time in the store because there are always "packs of elders" making rolling roadblocks down each isle.
This Publix is very conveniently located however I sometimes have to go to other locations if I want something this location doesn't carry. I feel like their selection is a bit limited compared to other locations. It is a smaller store especially compared to the newer ones they've built recently so that's probably why. Besides that, the store is always clean and staff is friendly. The deli gets slammed, especially at lunch and dinner times. No matter how many staff are there it never seems like enough. I would love to see this store get a makeover or bigger building like some of the others in the area so they can carry a larger assortment of products.
Today I asked my husband to stop and pick up a bag of potatoes. He decided to go to this Publix at US1 and Prima Vista. He mentioned that it doesn't quite feel like a 5lb bag. So, we put it on our scale, and it was only 4.47 lbs. Be aware and weight your stuff!
This was a pleasant experience it was very clean, the staff were great really helpful ,every register was open the wait wasn't long, the walk ways were clear of any stock,and the displays were beautifully designed..and there were plenty of carts inside..
This is My grocery store. Since day 1 to the present, I have never had a bad experience here. And if I was to say anything negative it would only be, that some customers are impatient and down right rude to all that don't drop everything and help them instead of waiting their turn. Or if you don't clear the way and let them plow through as if they're royalty. Honestly you have to have special staff to wait on some of these customers.
