I shop often at this publix, I live at Sanible, so on my way home I stop at this Publix, so does my daughter and family.. Most of the time, the employees are friendly and helpful when needed, BUT there is a very rude and obnoxious employee by the name of DEBBIE, its been 3X, more then needed for me, very unpleasent way of addressing a customer, lack of respect, with superiority and arrogance and rude, way out of her job discription. Address you like if she was a manager. Her demeanor when talking and dealing with the public is way beyound her duties. her facial expression and tone of voice and choise of words are demeaning. This is not a place she should be working at. I complained once to a manager about her, and seems they have not taken care of this matter.
Customer service is always good. Sometimes they don't receive product on sale which happens everywhere but they are always suggesting a rain check. Great location. Easy access to get back in the direction you're going.
This store is kind of hidden off the Main road McGregor and is never very busy. The store is not quite as nice as some of the others in the area, but people are always friendly and helpful.
I had a catering order set up for 11 a.m., and it wasn't ready until 11:15 am. It's not good for a person who has no time to waste. The food was good, though.
Missy in the Deli is the sweetest and funniest employee along with her coworker. I didn’t get her name, but y’all are hilarious. The woman in the bakery was unwilling to help and just dismissed us. Honestly, happy she did otherwise we would’ve missed that little, but f@&$!?$ hilarious moment with missy.
This is the friendliest grocery store location I think I have ever been to. Deli offerings were very tasty. The appearance of the store was neat and squared away. I didn't even see any scuff marks on the floor
Got there at 9pm closing time and needed 1 item - thanks for letting me run in. Store is clean and well stocked. Lots of sun and beach items.
We had 5 full carts. Checkout went smoothly! Even the Managers were involved.
This Publix is well staffed. It is one of their smaller stores.
They suck as fat as food.i do not recommend unless you have kids or you like to play games it took forever to get drinks it was not worth it.
