They have mug root beer and it was fantastic.the Publix food was delicious the chicken was nice the Mac and cheese was delightful and they always have fresh veggies and fruit.
I visited this location to pick up a birthday cake from the bakery. I was impressed by the clean grocery carts as other grocery stores usually have dirty carts. The products were neatly arranged on the shelves, and the general layout of the store was customer friendly. Deltas: 1 I purposely walked around looking puzzled as if I was trying to find an item, and no worker offered to help, even though I walked by them. Yes, I also purposely did not ask for assistance. 2 The workers in the bakery were complaining about something job related, and even though they saw me, a customer, approaching, they continued to share their discontent with each other.
I appreciate Publix accepting plastic recycling! I did a quick drop off and ran in to pick up some veggies. This is a nice location and the staff are super nice. I was in a line with a trainee and his instructor. Glad to see how good they are to the new employees.
I want to give a big shotout to my local publix yesterday I made the biggest mistake of my life yesterday I was coming out of the publix on a rainy day dropping my daughter cake I was devastated. But thanks to these guys, they made everything so much better, not only did they deliver the cake the next day, they also gave her balloons and gift card, thank you guys so much see you soon soon
Took me over an hour to get a sandwich. Deli workers are completely incompetent and have zero care in the world how many people are waiting in line or how long you have been waiting. No matter what they work at a snails pace, chatting amongst themselves and taking a good 5 minute break between customers. I am 100% serious they average a single sandwich every 30 minutes. To top it off she didn’t ask me if I wanted it toasted and put the cheese on first and the meat over it so even if I told her after she would have been roasting the meat with the cheese under it. I love Publix and get their subs all the time, but I will never EVER stop at this location again. Also there was a HUGE pile of water leaking from the deli right where the customers stand and despite another customer telling no less than 4 separate employees, no one cleaned it up. After she told the 4th person behind the deli she handed over a box of tissues to another customer to clean it up!! Tissues!! To a customer!! Horrible, horrible location.
Its been a while since I had a Publix deli sandwich. It was great, the bread was soft and the meat and toppings went so well together. I had a turkey and ham sandwich, with green peppers, spinach, salt pepper, honey mustard, mayo, and red wine vinegar.
Location was clean and the one employee I had contact with was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed because there was no area to take a break inside the store only an outside area which is not shaded. In this Georgia heat or inclement weather, it would be great to have a small seating area inside.
I would say that my timing to this store was perfect for in and out. I arrived shortly before 5:00pm. There was moderate traffic inside the store. I found the lemonade and the fried chicken quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. At the time that I arrived there were only a few fried chicken options. I have seen many more options on different occassions as I shop this store on a regular basis.
I'm always glad that they are well stocked with a lot of things. Very clean store and Customer service is top notch. I recommend shopping here.
Chauncey, the manager, is the BEST. This is our local Publix so we see him a lot and he is always working hard with a positive upbeat attitude. He’s a pleasure to be around and is hands on in every department as needed. Sometimes see him in the deli, the meat, and just running around the store bringing smiles to everyone’s faces. Leaving this review just for him because he makes a big difference.
