Still great service at Publix, but I’m glad they’ve installed self-checkouts and don’t bother you while shopping or assume that you want someone to take your groceries to the car. I’m sure lots of people love those things, so it’s nice that they’ve changed things such that people who want more interaction with employees are able to have that and go through regular checkouts while others can get in and out quickly without help. Got some great BOGOs.

Publix is my favorite grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Delicious items in the bakery, deli, with readymade food you can grab and go if in a hurry. Publix carries the widest variety of foods of any chain I've been in. And don't get me started about a sub from the deli. Pub subs are the absolute best subs of everywhere! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Publix is always my first choice.

Call on  the phone to order a cup of popcorn chicken she said when would you like to pick it up? I said whenever a new batch comes up and it’s hot and fresh. She said 30 minutes I get there in 30 minutes pick it up. Get home open the chicken and it’s cold and nasty so I drive back and return it.

I used to get sandwiches here all the time but some amazingly myopic bean counter has made this exceedingly difficult. It takes 10-15 minutes to wait. But now an additional 10-15 minutes for them to cut the meat and cheese instead of having it ready. It makes the customers wait. It's frustrating to the staff trying to make them and it's all around is some number crunchers extremely poor discission.  What was a multi week occurrence will now go to subway. At least I won't have to wait for 30-40 minutes to get a sub

Favorite location to shop at. Staff is always great, store is always clean,  great produce selection. This location does have the self checkout which is a plus for me so I can get in and out a lot quicker.

this Market has permanently lost my business.  The sandwich counter has gone from being very quick and efficient to absolutely horrible to the point where I've had to walk away several times because of a lack of service and attention.  It's the same decent and hard-working people behind the counter but something has changed to the point where you can't get service.  Produce section is a bit limited compared to local Kroger.  Always clean, with a good meat department and generally a wide selection of most types of products.  Just don't expect great service.

I hope the district manager and this young man store manager sees this as well. Shouts out to Zach, I left my sandwich rushing back to work, as I’m speed walking to my car, I hear someone speaking to me I look back and it’s Zack sprinting toward me with my sandwich. Not many people would even care and I know my stomach was grateful lol. Thank you again Zach for the little things and the above and beyond people like you! Have an amazing blessed day!!!!

Moved to this area back in 2019 and I always go here for groceries or pet food and the most amazing  thing is that when I got COVID back in 2021 and couldn’t go  outside I  found out that Publix does delivery and I ordered my stuffs asked to left them outside of my garage and so they did !  I believe this method also helps elder people in a very positive way !  Also staff are very friendly even managers if they are walking they ask you if they can help you with anything !

There are a number of different reasons Publix continues to be rated as a favorite regional grocery chain and you will find each and every one at this location!  From stunning bakery goods to international products to fresh produce to their own brand of great ice cream, nothing fails to stand up to the best of your expectations. Oh, and don't forget their own key lime pie! There is none better! Sorry, Mom!  As Chick-fil-A is the top of service in fast food, Publix is the top of service in grocery stores. Thanks for everything you do!

Publix pleasant employees and customer service is always above expectations. The bakery is fantastic,  don't want any other bread.
