Michael in the Deli was wonderful! Very courteous. Walked away from the sample station and opened a register for us to check out our deli order and eat without having to walk back to the main check-outs. He was very nice and suggestively sold to save us money and still get what we came for. Best customer service I've had in any grocery store!
Friendly and helpful service from all the staff. Well stocked, easy to find, good product. We so appreciate still being able to have people check us out at the counter and they do it with a smile! They also have the best bakery! Thanks!!
Great selection. Prices could be better but the customer service experience is incredible. Not just from one person, but every employee goes out of their way to ensure they are helping you to their fullest potential. Almost makes up for bell peppers being $3.99...almost.
I'm a massive fan of Publix. Shopped at Publix all the time when I lived in Florida, missed it dearly when I lived up north for 9 years. This Publix is a newer style and is always clean and very well stocked. What knocks one star off is the customer service's lack of honoring the Publix Promise and Guarantee up front. One of the main reasons I spend a premium for shopping at Publix is these policies. A few times now I felt like I had to remind the associate of these policies and spent a significant time getting these promises honored. Other than that, all good here.
Ordered a couple platters of tarts. They were delicious and pretty. Publix bakery is top notch. I have ordered several cakes too. While not the cheapest. You definitely get what you pay for.
Clean, consistently great quality meats and produce. Yes, you pay a bit more, but it's worth it to us for the better quality.
Stopped to pick some groceries, plenty of ready to eat food options.
Huge shoutout to the three very helpful ladies working in the pharmacy tonight. There was a mixup in my wife’s prescription for her very severe heartburn she’s 9 months pregnant they could have easily have told me it wasn’t ready and come back tomorrow since they were 5 minutes from closing. But no they went above and beyond and actually filled the prescription right away for me. You ladies made a super pregnant lady very very happy!! Thanks ladies !!!!
Our trip was "Great" to their Deli it was just what we needed for that taste of "Our Philly Italian Hoagies" just like back home in Philadelphia. It was prepared just as we requested with care. I wish I had remembered to ask the gentleman's name he was so nice, polite, and respectful. He had Wonderful Customer Service Experience even with my joking. We will be back again. Both my husband and I hope that he is there too, to fulfill our customer satisfaction again. Just wish that they made their "Philly Cheese Steaks" with Real Steak instead of Roast Beef. "Hint-Hint" Sir "Thank You" again for your Outstanding Professional People Skills you made our day. We'll be back. The pictures: Mine is the 1st picture, so sorry I couldn't wait to dive in, I just had to take a bite. So Yummyyumyum. The 2nd picture my hubby with his Spinish and Black Olives added cause he just had to take it there. He was lacking his lips and tapping his toes
Go to this Publix pretty frequently within the past year and can say the workers are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. They usually have what I need in stock and keep everything clean and organized.
