Ordered solar shades 4 weeks ago. $2K. Still waiting to hear from them. Pending installer. Initially service was great
Excellent service. Anything you need help with they are there. So many different items available.
Ordered a mattress and bed frame. Paid in full. When they called and said it was ready for pickup we were then told the frame we were getting is the floor model. We didn't ask for the floor model when placing our order. When my husband picked up the mattress and frame , he asked if could get a discount for being sold the floor model without our knowledge to which they replied that they don't do discounts on floor models and that we already paid for it. We did not pay for it knowing we were going to get a floor model that doesn't even come in in a box. My husband had to load it onto his truck in pieces - and then was handed a Ziploc bag of the hardware. It felt like we were buying a frame from a second hand market rather than a local furniture store. We will not be going back for our future furniture needs.
Todd, Donna and Ray are wonderful to work with! Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable on products and wonderful at helping you determine the best fit for your needs. We have bought multiple items from Puccis and each time we did, someone took the time to talk with us to make sure our purchase made sense for our needs and our budget. They are patient, not pushy. They're completely open and honest about delivery and order fulfillment time frames and do their best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before the transaction is complete. I highly recommend visiting Pucci's FIRST before going anyplace else.
My parents ordered a couch and glider chair in late August, gave them the money paid in full and have not received the couch. They were told maybe February or March. When my father asked to be compensated for his troubles they told him no that he received a VA discount and that would suffice. He was getting that anyway!! Meanwhile they have not had a couch for several months. They are sitting on lawn chairs made of plastic This is completely unacceptable! My family has shopped there for years and to be treated like this, especially when they took their money!! Be aware of this horrible experience and go to a larger store in Jamestown, or Buffalo and get treated better!
We were having a good experience when we were picking out carpet and ordering. Everything seemed great until the installation. Keep in mind, we aren’t living in our house and we have two kids under two. The installers left things in our house on that weren’t on to begin with air conditioner, radio, lights, and the tack strip nails were sticking up through the carpet all the way around. My husband had to hammer them down himself. Two days after the carpet was installed, the seam started coming apart. We called, they came and looked at it and said it was because the seam was in direct sunlight and recommended we get curtains. They designed where the seam was going to go. They came and repaired it, and said they will replace it if it doesn’t hold up. Just not a good experience for a young couple with two kids under two years old.
I bought my bedroom set from Pucci's years ago and have no complaints about that but my mom has had nothing but issues with this place now for years. She had them carpet her living room and the fibers in her carpet keep coming out. The store did deal with the carpet... at first but eventually blamed her dog who has now been gone for years and the fibers are still coming out. Recently, she bought an adjustable bed because she has spine issues and her doctor told her to buy an adjustable bed. We were at the store for hours and they had no one there that was really knowledgeable. After being there for hours, she was explicitly told that if she bought the mid-range model and the mattress, it would work for her needs. We discussed at length the thickness of the mattress with the adjustable frame. Over 2,000 dollars later, and a few more weeks for delivery, the bed wasn't right from the start. She tried to get the delivery people to just take it, but they refused and told her that she had to call the store. When she called, no one there could or would help her. She was told to call back the next day. So she did. The owner herself told her, "Well, it's your bed now so it's your problem" when it was clearly not what she had very clearly told them that she needed. Extremely rude- they really don't seem to care about their customers!
Very helpful service! Found the couches I wanted within 15 minutes of being there. Reasonably priced for brand new furniture compared to other stores.
The installers came today and finished our carpet installation by getting the hallway runner put down .Really like the carpet and the installers were great! Thank you!
