Pudgie's Pizza - Binghamton

It's a low key casual experience but as my son says "It's the best cheesy bread ever!" And "I love the pizza!"...so its hard to complain with that. Pizza is like a more doughy version of pizza hut which I like. An easy dinner for those on a road trip like we were.Food: 5/5

I ordered a spiedie salad. The salad was lettuce, 2 cucumber slices, 4 shreds of carrot, and a tiny bag of mini croutons. The chicken spiedies felt a bit slimy and had a bit of a smell. Restaurant was closed by the time I was able to "eat" my salad. It ended up in the trash.

UPDATE: shortly after leaving, the owner called me to get my side of the story and to go over what happened. I was extremely impressed and he even gave me a $25 gift card. Now that’s customer service. THANK YOU! I’m a regular customer, until now. Ordered a sheet, was told 20mins. I get there 30mins later. THEY NEVER MADE THE PIZZA. So here I wait another 30+ mins. No compensation, just an attitude. I even told the gentleman the attitude was not necessary. But they have time to be on their phones in the back room. What put me over the edge is when I took the pizza and walking out. The young man told the customer behind me “you can’t please them all!” I came back and started yelling at the young man “that the service was horrible and I will be taking this matter further”

The canoli's were super good but the pizza was OK. My husband didn't like it or the Calzone so the only thing I would reproach is The canolies and skip everything else.

I never sit in and eat here, but I really enjoyed this particular location as far as service and quality go. I love me some pudgies stromboli. Prices are a bit steep compared to the rest of the area.Food: 5/5

What a patient staff they have as I had changed my mind several times. I finally decided on hot, garlic, and zesty wings. They were all awesome especially since I was starving to death. The garlic flavor was particularly delicious and possibly my favorite. My wife got a salad, that was good too.
