Visited today for lunch, and the Toluca with steak was amazing. Very flavorful and served with perfectly sauteed vegetables. The guacamole was bright green and tasted very fresh. The only downside is the service was a little bit slow because it was busy for the amount of staff.Food: 5/5
Yes that is the taco salad in tortilla shell and yes all that juice at the bottom is grease fat. It would of been 100 times better and delicious if someone took the time to drain the meat.Food: 3/5
We ate here with a disappointing feeling after leaving. Water with lime . The lime was rotted. Asked for sprite. They were out. Asked for green bottle of hot sauce. We got an orange cup of habanero sauce lol close but totally wrong. We ordered shrimp molcajeteit was ok at best but came in a broken pot. Safe to say we probably won’t go again.
Taco Tuesday was good as usual. Service was excellent, food very good. Always enjoy going there. Friday night, food was good, service good and a mariachi band. Very good.Food: 5/5
Great. Wonderful flavor. Nice staff. Good portions. Food portion was twice what picture shows. We split a single order.Food: 5/5
The best Mexican restaurant in Spring Hill. Not skimpy on servings. Service outstanding. Mariachi band the greatest. I promise you the food is outstanding and not to mention the margaritas.Food: 5/5
I ordered through Uber Eats with a timer of 25 minutes, my price was $29 which was totally reasonable and I provided a 21% tip for driver, then noticed the restaurant is 15 minutes from my house. I did not want a poor Uber Eats driver to go so far for so little so I tried to cancel the order and make it Pick up instead. Uber told me that the restaurant was already preparing the meal and they could not refund the money, that I was being charged to compensate the merchant and driver. No driver had accepted the order, as likely they never would have. Uber refused to assist, so I called the restaurant. I spoke with a polite young woman who talked to the manager but they refused to help, saying I would have to pay for the meal if I came to pick it up. I explained that I had already paid and was told again that I could call after 5 to speak with him directly, "but he will tell you the same thing." So I was charged for a meal that I can't get now due to trying to be a good person. Maybe the food is good here, I'll never know nor do I care. Beware Uber Eats and don't expect compassion from this restaurant.
Tonight my husband and I went to Pueblo Viejo for the first time! Our server sat us and came back a few minutes later. She asked us what we wanted to drink and we ordered an appetizer as well. We knew what we wanted so she asked if we wanted to order, we did. We ate our appetizer all while waiting for our drinks. A solid 15 minutes had passed and we still didn’t have drinks. I asked a waitress passing by if she could bring us our drinks, as our original waitress hadn’t been by. She asked what they were but came back empty handed stating our server would be right over with them. We waited another 10 minutes still with no drinks! So that server passes by and I ask again if she could please bring us the drinks, when she finally brings them she mentions that she is now going to be taking care of us but not once does she return to our table. We eat our food, with empty cups and then wait another 15 minutes before receiving our bill. Food was excellent!! Sadly the service however was the worst I have ever experienced.
I tried them again hoping that if I tried a different dish I would find something good. The good thing is that the staff are lovely. The service for takeout was also quick. Unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the mediocre food. I ordered a lunch steak fajita rare. The order I got was edible. But the steak was almost nonexistent. If I had to guess I would say it was about 2-3 oz of very thinly sliced beef think the red roast pork in Chinese restaurants cut into thin rectangles 1” in length with mostly peppers and onions. The flavor could have been there if there was some beef flavor to be had. This is literally 3 mins from my house and quite a few years ago I raved about the dishes that came out of this kitchen. But after several attempts to find some dish that could redeem my faith, they have failed. Unfortunately, I won’t be beck. Good bye and good luck Pueblo Viejo. I mean that sincerely.
Probably the best tastiest quesadilla I've ever had!! Ordered it on two separate occasions, just as good the second time!! My friend really liked her carnitas as well. Staff is friendly enough but we had to ask for things more than once... Probably just super busy... Nice atmosphere, a few tables outside too if you prefer that. LOVE their food! You gotta try it - I highly recommend it if you want authentic Mexican food! Parking: Located in a shopping plaza. Tons of close parking
