I would like to take the time to thank all staff at Puerta Del Cielo. I am thankful for having my mother's funeral hosted at this funeral home. Each and every staff member at Puerta Del Cielo were sincere, caring, and respectful. The process was easy, the place was very clean and organized, they responded quickly with any questions i had. I felt a great burden lifted off me when i came into this funeral home. The hardest part is losing a loved one and dealing with the financial hardships, but i was assured that Puerta Del Cielo had everything covered and for that i am grateful. Thank you!

THE STAFF & OWNER ARE SO AMAZING. S/O to the owner and Jessica for going above and beyond for me and my family so last minute durning my aunts funeral. The flower shop I ordered from didn’t get my order in and when we called the flower shop, the owner of the flower shop was so rude that I just had to hang up on him. Jessica and the owner of the funeral home called another flower shop Langones florist before the store even opened up in the morning and got me my flowers. Jessica also took care of my family when planning the funeral and she was amazing. So sweet and caring and just overall a nice person. First off all staff here are amazing, but JESSICA, Jessica really made this whole process easy, and non stressful, she is also very sweet! After a lost our head was everywhere but this funeral home was clean, beautiful, and very nice. Was on top of making sure everything went perfect for us and kept us updated with everything going on. Any mistakes was quickly fixed with no hassle. Thank you Jessica and Puerta de cielo for making my moms funeral as perfect as she would of wanted it.

Dealing with the passing of my Son was extremely difficult, but Puerta del Cielo funeral home and staff handled everything so professional and very nicely. They were kind, compassionate and very understanding and did their best to help my family and I, in our time of pain and hurt for the passing of my Son. My family thanks you so much for helping us during this very difficult time.

This is one of those businesses you never want to need, but they made our most difficult moments, just a little bit easier. Their professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We had our loved one transported from another state which I expected to be an overwhelming maybe impossible process. These beautiful individuals from beginning to end took care of everything with love and understanding and so much patience. Unfortunately, we had three huge losses in our lives in a short amount of time. We chose Puerta Del Cielo for all of their services and we are eternally grateful. Extremely professional staff and they take great care of you. I highly recommend them to handle services for any of your loved ones. My wife passed away on may 30 2022. This funeral home is very professional. They did what they said they were going to do when they were going to do it. Working with them was an asset in this terrible time. The staff is bilingual. The service was beautiful. Very happy with how everything turned out. Dont want to ever be incharge of things like this again because that would mean a death of someone close but if i had to It would be at Puerta Del Cielo.
