Dr. Berrou has been my doctor for several years now. He has a good bed side manner being very thorough, kind, taking his time, letting me express my concerns and he explains everything. He genuinely cares about me as a person. He has gone out of his way for me repeatedly. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat!!!
Due to no one answering the phone, I left a detailed message May 30, 2023. Two weeks later, no one never called me back! I called again and surprisingly someone answered the phone. I explained everything to Kelly, she took notes and said she’ll call me back. I said, thank you and bye. Kelly did not reciprocate, all I heard was the click from her hanging up! I am very keen on manners. Telephone manners included, especially when it’s a place of business! When someone says, thank you and bye, the proper response is you’re welcome and bye. It is very rude and so unprofessional to just hang up in someone’s face without ending the conversation properly.
Staff that I’ve encountered is nice but I don’t recommend Dr. Frazer Wadenstorer! His bedside manner is far from great. He’s not a good listener or communicator. He talks to you as if you’re a child. I was diagnosed with asthma and he didn’t tell me so I went over 7 months with a chronic illness that could’ve taken my life! Not happy about that or him! I’ve been experiencing tightness in my chest, shortness of breath, lightheaded, nausea for over a month. Instead of taking me off work he told me to walk slow! What caring doctor says that to a patient who’s experiencing all of that for a long period of time! What a joke! Definitely looking for another pulmonologist because he is NOT it for me!! Extremely disappointed! If I could rate him zero star that’s what he would get!!
Can't keep schedule straight. Was told to call in after April 20 for a June appointment but there are no June appointments. Was topd to call back again after May 20
I highly recommend this practice! The staff is very friendly and efficient. Minimal waiting for your appointment. Big shout out to Dr. Berrou! He is kind, listens well, answers all of your questions, doesn’t rush through the appointment and seems like he really cares. Overall a wonderful experience!
I liked the ladies in the office, but the doctor was rude and just didn't want to help me. One day he'd say my chest x-ray showed burst veins and damage and then next he said I was so healthy. Went in for a endoscopy and they said they see nothing. Go somewhere else and I have parasites which are easily seen on a chest x-ray, CT scan, and most certainly a endoscopy. I showed picture of my bloody sputum on the first day and he laughed at me only when I started to cry did he take me seriously. Also they had an older gentleman they kept sending home saying he's fine and he ended up having covid. Completely incompetent.
Dr. Berrou is one of the best Pulmonologist and I stand behind that 100%. I’ve been dealing with my condition since an infant. He is the first doctor to approach me while I was hospitalized with genuine concern in wanting to find a long term solution. He takes his time to explain every detail of treatment to ensure you understand everything. I would give him 10 stars for being the amazing doctor that he is if I could.
I have insurance so I'm not sure if they accept people with out insurance or not but they are really good at the job they do very friendly and pullite

I was diagnosed with multiple pulmonary embolisms the hospital said there were too many to count in both lungs. Dr Wadenstorer told me that I was overweight and that was the reason why I was having breathing problems. That it wasn’t due to the embolisms. He told me to do cardio exercises. I ended up back in the hospital a few days later and stayed for a week in the cardiac ward. I couldn’t stand and take two steps without my heart racing and almost collapsing. The doctors said I absolutely could NOT exercise because I could have a stroke or heart attack! The embolisms were near my heart and my heart was slightly enlarged from the embolisms. What a jerk and a joke of a doctor to tell me to exercise with my diagnosis. He reviewed the CT scan and still told me this. Stay away if you want to live.
