I have no problem with Dr Sayal, but I can't say the same about the office staff. I had an appointment for follow up and to get results from an overnight oximetry test that I had in March. For some reason. they say they never got the results and would make a call and get back to me. That was 4 weeks ago. I have left at least three messages, maybe four and they say they will get back to you in 24 hours. Still waiting and very frustrating. It's been almost two years since I had Covid pneumonia and I'm still using night-time oxygen. I would just like some answers.

We just had our 1st visit with Dr. Sayal for my mom. I have to say that his office staff is the VERY BEST that we have encountered since moving to Bullhead City. They knew what they were doing, they had everything taken care of, and they were extremely friendly. Dr. Sayal was thorough, asked all the right questions and ordered the proper test.

If you care about your health,,, DON’T COME HERE!!! Just a mediocre pulmonologist. AND THE FRONT END STAFF IS S BUNCH OF “MORONS ”. Can’t even seem to contact insurance for pre authorization. One MONTH!! Nope. Can’t pull it off . LAZY & RUDE . Make the trip to Kingman pulmonary. SO WORTH IT! Everyone is so professional. And you don’t wait 2 FREEKIN HOURS TO SEE A DR. Actually can’t say enough good things about Kingman Pulmonary. You can be there and home before you ever see Dr at this clowns office. “YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED “

Dr. Sayal and his staff made me feel comfortable, were engaged with me during my appointment. He spent longer with me than most docs that just rush in, check a chart, tell you what's wrong then leave. His nurse was kind, and really listened to me. He listened to me, too a lot of doctors don't was proactive and ordered the tests I needed. This was my first appointment and I felt he really cared about my health. I have dealt with many low quality providers -- Dr. Sayal didn't "guess" he is testing to make sure that we are treating the right things. Highly recommend.

I had the worst experience with Dr Sayal that I’ve ever had with a doctor. Seems all he wanted to do was push pharmaceuticals. I cleared my throat and he told me I had a horrible cough and needed an inhaler. I was only there to get a clearance for panniculectomy surgery. When I went to pick up the letter he had written I was cleared for gastric sleeve surgery. Mind you I had gastric bypass in 2010. While in his office I overheard him order a biopsy on an elderly gentleman and the man asked him why are you doing that I have cancer. I think he needs to get to know his patients and read records before trying to treat them. Before unnecessary tests or medications are ordered!!

Haven’t seen The doctor yet but I went to office to pick up papers for my husband and no one at the desk had masks on. Makes you want to run away from this place. Of all doctors you would think a LUNG doctor world enforce the wearing of masks. A woman walked in to get some information and she had no mask on. Dont know what’s happening in the back area but sure a turn off to see the staff in front not wearing them.

I have had the best experience with Dr Sayals office. The whole office has been Great. Pleasent and helpful... Dr Sayal was ready to help me as a person as an individual. THANK YOU so very much

Office staff can't follow up on denials been almost a year trying to get OFEV meds. Never called to follow up. I go to new dr.

Called and left a message over 4 months ago! Never got a call back.

One of the best lung doctors I have been to see in this area. Not only is he great but his nurses and staff is kind and considerate and they really made me feel important
