Quality of the shoes are very good. I bought this in an offer but it's actual price is higher. I would appreciate the staff for supporting extremely even he is busy with his billing counter. we asked him to check for some size with some models. he has spend more than 15 minutes in a search for the requested item even though there is a huge rush. he is a smart worker and multi tasking. if you have luck you will get the good shoes with good price.
There is really no other brand I buy, than Puma. Love their designs, while being super lightweight. I was able to get out of the store for under $100 and have already been using my shoes.
excellent store, lots of variety ..
Loved the store had some great deals and the service was good.
I got my Good deal today. Go and get yours
I went in with my sister to purchase a few Christmas gifts. At check out, we requested an extra bag and the lady standing there rudely denied our request with a smirk. Before we left we asked for her name to speak to a manager and she denied saying "we don't have to provide that". This is not the type of service expected from such a big brand. I would take a look at the staff behavior and attitudes.
The only lady working here was very rude. I asked nicely for her name and she said we don’t have to give that out. But today , December 24th around 1:30 the only lady working with glasses and a Christmas sweater provided the worst service. Been shopping with puma for years, horrible service this time around. Might not come back.
This place is awesome! The ladies that work here are always helpful, even during the stampede of moms who i think purposely try to wreck the entire store. Thank you guys for being so patient, and for actually trying to be of assistance. I took my kids to this store during the weekend of no taxes, and it was slammed busy. People laying down in the only place to try on shoes. People just leaving things everywhere they should be ashamed of themselves, but this team of employees handled all the requests and cleaned up after all these dirty people in a professional and united front. Good job guys, ill be visiting again...thank you for your help.
I had ordered 2 pair of shoes online, not realizing Pumas ran about a half size smaller than I'm used to. Rather than ship them back, I chose to take them to the store. They were friendly and I had no problems. I reccomend not going on the weekend though due to over crowdedness and difficulty parking.
This store has a weird return process that made me feel like my privacy was invaded big time. I went to return a $10 T-shirt that didn’t fit me cause their fitting room were closed due to COVID-19. To return it I was asked to show my ID along with the receipt of course then the cashier went ahead and typed everything from my ID on their system then asked for the exact card I payed with then verified it then asked me to insert it and sign then after all this he asked me to sign on the return receipt copy that doesn’t even have a space where to sign. He created one with a pen and asked me to sign. I promised him I’ll never ever shop there again and that’s what I’ll do. Nokia is right across the hall from them and they have much much better customer service. I don’t even know why I went there. Well I guess live and learn.
