Loved that there was a room for our party. It was closed off and only we were in there. The kids were able to run free and the adults didn't have to worry about them running away.
Kids loved it! Its an indoor bouncy house place. Priced very affordable. Will def go again. Thanks for thw fun!
This place is a really good option for kids birthday parties. It's nice how it's setup to be a private party and the high school aged employees had positive attitudes and where great with the kids. They took pictures and managed passing out the pizza and cake. It was impressive to see them getting with gifts as well. They also wrote down the gift and who it was from! The inflatable and party rooms seemed clean... not only cleaned from the previous party. Unfortunately the bathroom was a pretty big disappointment. That in itself may be worth more than one star reduction. However, I will give this place consideration for a party especially because bowling is really it's only competition.
I would not recommend anyone to have a party there, for the price for an 1hr and 45 mins is not worth it. The food I could have brought in myself. 3 pizza from pizza hut and 3 2 liter pops that I could have purchase and brought that I don't believe cost more than 30 dollars. I brought my own decorations my own cups and plates. I paid 300 dollars for what. I gave my daughter a party at fun n stuff for the same price more food options and plus 4hrs of play time. I recommend fun n stuff rather than pump it up because you get more for your money. Not only that the staff there rushes you out. Will never give a party there but we might go back to jump.
For the price no way! 1hour 45 minutes less than 10 kids $355.00 . don't bring a toddler nothing for then to do they aren't aloud to play on anything the toys they could play with no batteries . no enough seating for adults . the party room its blow out your candles here is some nasty pizza open your presents and get out would not recommend this place I will build a card board fort first they would have just as much fun in .
Please read this whole review before booking your party. You can read the good and the bad just like I did but I NEVER want anyone to have the experience I did. The stress free, relaxing party I read about and hoped for did not happen. We arrived and got into the jump room. Our 2 party expert's stood in the middle of the room talking to only eachother. About an hour into our jump time we paid for an extra hour of jump time a third person showed up also standing in the middle of the room talking. I have been to parties at this location before and loved the idea of the group shot they always took. Guess what didn't happen right the picture. Also in the jump room the wind machine was broken and the drink machine was empty. When we got into the party room things went super fast and it was mass chaos. I was running around serving kids pizza and drinks I didn't even eat myself. When it came time to open gifts I was asked to separate the gifts. I had both my kids party at the same time. I was okay with that thinking the girl was getting ready to write down what the kids were getting something else they say they do. She did not the clipboard never left the basket. I had to start putting things back in the bin to open at home because it was so out of control. I left in tears feeling super stressed and very ripped off. I paid for empty promises. If this wasn't bad enough I contacted the owner, she was very nice when she responded to me offering to look into it. But now weeks later and me trying to reach out to her I am just being ignored. Please beware if the owner doesn't care about the customers then how can the staff? Please take your party somewhere else so you don't leave in tears also.
Good for 3-5 year olds. Few inflatable. You get 1hour to ride for birthday parties and then go to party room. They have air hockey that you have to pay for. Why?..give waiting parents something to do. They take kids photos and display while kids eat in the party room. The 5year old party I went to liked that very much but the photos were not that good. Over all a good place for a party. I went to three different ones in the last year. This is a well run operation
I went for a party. It was fun the kids enjoyed themselves. I do not know details of price. The staff was present allowed the kids to play, and there when needed. There is 1 men's and 1 women's bathroom; seeing that there were more women we used both!
The staff was decent for my son's party . The actual playtime seemed rather short and rushed . There was another party right after ours . So they wanted us out early to get them in there. For what it cost we have had some way more fun birthday party in the area .
FYI - This place is apparently under new ownership as of Oct 2013. Reviews prior to that are not talking about the same place I visited. Fantastic place for birthday parties! Had my daughter's 4th birthday here. It was a 100% private party very cool for inflatables, we had several staff making sure the kids were safe and offering to do games if the kids showed any sign of slowing down they didn't!. There's a small area for parents to sit and talk. Then you move into the private party room, and again the staff took care of everything, and they were fantastic dealing with a group of 4 year olds. All I had to bring was a cake, and chose to bring some goodie bags for the kids. It's Pizza Hut pizza with their party package, not crappy reheated arcade/roller-rink cafeteria pizza. Make sure you ask about having a fruit bowl or veggie tray to go with the pizza. And best of all, this place is immaculately clean. No sticky floors, the bathrooms were well tended, and even the wall paint looks great, not scuffed or worn or sticky. Staff immediately started cleaning after our party to make the room ready for the next party. Very friendly and attentive staff. Loved it. We'll definitely be back for open jump times, and on the way home my daughter asked if she could have her party there next year.
