I frequent this location since it is closest to my house. The service is usually spot on, but there are times that the lines are long or there are out of stock items on the shelf. Sometimes I visit the Powdersville location since they seem to have a better selection of food. As for the service, the staff is pretty cool, I can’t recall any bad customer service incidents.
It was sitting at the end of the isle. I had to turn around and go down the other isle just to get items from that isle. As I was leaving the store is when I took the picture
I would highly recommend the eyeglass section in this location, especially working with Robert. He has the knowledge and the personality to make the transaction easy to understand and actually fun. My family has purchased our eyeglasses here for the last 5 years and will continue to do so in the future.
I was expecting to write a good review. I ordered a product. It was supposed to be delivered today at 1231, and I got a notice it’s going to be 1/2. I had three options for the item. I can pick it up on 12/30. The store would deliver on 12/31. Or they would ship to me, so I chose them to have deliver . deliver I You might as well turn it around and return at Walmart because I’m going to. I won’t trust Walmarts promise delivery dates anymore.
After 45 minutes of standing around asking over 10 different associates to unlock the cabinet so I can purchase a tool. Nobody was able to help me so I left and went somewhere else. Lesson learned never purchase anything that’s locked up as you’ll never get it, and nobody knows how to help including the manager on staff
Great price is great deal although they did have an employee that was really rude when I asked him if he could carry the shampoo we're up front with my name on it or have someone to do it he didn't do it so I ended up having to get another customer in the store to help me load it to take up to the front and I was having to push two buggies just trying to get to the front of the store because he said he worked in the dog area and he couldn't do that other than that everything was great
Clean and well stocked. Much better than other Walmarts in the area! I'd almost sworn off Walmart after visiting a couple other seriously horrible locations in area. This one is run properly and you don't feel unsafe and just disgusted by conditions in store. Staff is helpful and available for questions. Staff will actually walk you to an item a rare thing today rather than shrug and point in the general guesstimate of a direction of an item. Refreshing. Our go-to Walmart.
This place can be a joke at times. I was checking out the other night and a lady who I believe her name was Jessica was running self check-out. Well, I called her over to ask a question about a product and she instantly starts cursing. And saying we don’t do no s*** like this, we don’t hand write any tags. Well I decided that product wasn’t right for me, and she just stood there for a second and said to me “y’all need another Caramel apple”; I thought she was joking because we bought several of them. So, we laughed it off and continued scanning. She then says “no y’all need to scan another caramel apple is what I mean; you missed one”. But unknowingly to her, while she was ranting and raving about the handwritten price tag I had looked over my items that I scanned, and the number was correct and when I proved her wrong she had nothing to say. Not I’m sorry, I apologize, I was wrong, nothing. Very, very unprofessional and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen her do customers that way.
Shouldn’t have a customer service line if no one is ever going to pick up It’s been 15 min so far. 1 question. 4 people, and to management which has had me waiting for 7+ mins. Honestly thought someone in a management position would be more responsive..even at Walmart.
Accused me of stealing just for them to turn around steal food stamps and my father in law’s money. Lawsuit about to break out on them! They put my none cold food back on the shelves. They’re the thefts!
