We also provide Technical Rescue(i.e. trench rescue, swift-water rescue, rope rescue, confined space rescue, auto extrication and search & rescue). PEVFD also offers public fire safety and education for residents, businesses and local schools.
We have a staff of 31 volunteer Firefighters, Paramedics and Support Staff and are currently recruiting additional volunteers regardless if you have training or not. Please call us or come to our Tuesday night meetings which are held at the Fire Station from 7p-9p every week.
