Puppy Luv Pet Grooming

Presley came home all happy . The staff is wonderful. They truley care about each of the pets that they take. Presley came home with a cute bandana . I highly recommend them.

They always have available appointments in the same or upcoming week. The downside is the time is takes is always up in the air. I’ve had to wait 2-5 hours sometimes to go pick up my dog. But! They are very gentle with my pup. He is constantly moving and sometimes reactive if handled the incorrect way. Past groomers have left him with cuts and scrapes. But with them he is always in great shape and always happy after his appointment! And I always look forward to the new patterned bandana they put on him. They are very friendly :

I'm 100% positive the Puppy Luv truck that's been at the entrance to my neighborhood for the last month or so is actually an FBI surveillance van. Either way, it doesn't look like they are washing dogs, since I hardly see that van move, but 3 stars for keeping our country safe.

I had another the last bad experience at Puppy Love where I booked today, arrived, and was told I was scheduled for another day. Because I knew we were taking Sophie someplace special for the weekend & I needed her groomed, there was no way I got the date wrong. Or any other time they've done this. My husband thinks they don't do a good job on her anyway, so I'll be going someplace else. It's all very sad, really, because I think they cared about her Sophie. But they always stressed me, either about picking her up on time, the date booked, or the quality of their work.

Had the best experience there. Recommend to everyone. Megan is so awesome. She gave me the best experience. And for my dog was just great. My dog came back to me. Very very handsome. Smelled very good. And he just looks more gorgeous than ever.

Awesome services . They actually did everything we asked for and more. My dog was perfectly groom and clean. The staff was attentive and friendly . I am definitely coming back.
