The McDonald's in Newbern on red Robin lane was the absolute worse. I went through the drive through paid and was pulled. 30minutes later my food still was not right and the manager was too busy to deal with it and would not talk to me
I normally don't do reviews but since the Atlantic beach General manager and his supervisor want to be unprofessional. I'll say this when a person give a written notice to them. They'll decide to place that person a no hire list on my daughter worked there for 5 yrs and followed the proper procedure by giving a notice, To where some people don't even give a notice at all. These managers decided to be unprofessional for no reason, she left on good standings with all her co workers. Atlantic Beach McDonalds has the worst turn over because of the GM he is petty and selfish.
Absolutely the worst place to work. Managers are terrible apart from a select few. The crew is nothing but drama. I wish Purcell had a number I could call so I could talk to someone.
As a worker and now crew trainer it's been a honor working the same job as my father and loved taking the job.
It just about 45 min to they realize I order some food costumer 104. Bad crew of workers, I'm sorry but is the truth!
So proud I'm from New Bern, but this place was nasty. Tables was dirty and crew did nothing but joke and play around.
When will dining rooms re open? So very tired of waiting in drive thru lines
Terrible place to work and so much favatism in the work place and blame on the wrong crew dont work at one!!! Still waiting on W2 to actually come in!!!
Your Atlantic beach location is a joke worst service and all together terrible manors in front of customers I’ve ever witnessed!!!! Pitiful
Always Slow at the MLK location. Have to pull up
