Pure Barre takes an athletic approach to Pilates and dance, is musically driven, and is one of the most intense workouts you will experience. The class starts with a high energy warm up, continues by sculpting and strengthening your arms with light weights and conditioning, and then continues by heading to the barre to tone your thighs. After thighs, you work to lift and shape your seat with small and precise movements.
