Nice office, conveniently located, modern and clean. The reception and dental staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Kim made a great crown for me quickly and it fit perfectly!
Don't bother trying to make an appointment for a cleaning because they are booked through September! Like what in the hell is going on? I don't just go to ANY dentist and when I pick one it takes a lot to feel comfortable and so when the dentist I always go to tells me they can't see me until September, it's annoying to say the least. Then I ask for a referral of someone trustworthy and safe and she can't even give me that. Thanks Pure Dental. For nothing.
The assistant was great. She had a great mood and made me feel comfortable.Checked in, then I waited. I Then got seated, and waited.... And then my cleaning started and took about 5-10 min, while no joke my polishing took longer than my cleaning. For a private office, should pre-schedule your 6 month appointment on the way out the door.
DO NOT GO HERE, STAFF IS VERY INEFFICIENT! I was quoted a price of $1,663.00 for work that was to be done and then the day before I was scheduled they said they made a mistake and that now it will be $3,463.00. BIG difference! Dr. Kim explained to me what he was going to do and then his front office staff gave me completely opposite procedures. Being that this was an emergency situation, they couldn't care less. They couldn't get me in any sooner and had to wait 2 weeks before my appointment. I AM VERY ANGRY and have filed a grievance against this office. It's unbelievable how they treat patients! This is his testimonial on his website. His passion is provide excellent dental care for all patients from children to the elderly. Dr. Kim believes in treating not just the oral cavity, but the individual as a whole. What a joke!!!!
Dr Kim and his staff are truly amazing. Took my son in and we were attended right away. The receptionist is very professional. Dr Kim did a fantastic job, very clean and professional. Their office is up to date with all medical equipment and super clean. We were in and out in no time, found our family a new dentist. Thank you Dr Kim and all the staff all very professional.
I had a really bad experience here. I wasted an entire morning, and didn't even get my basic cleaning taken care of...I cancelled all future appointments and I recommend NOT going here. I've been to dentists, oral surgeons and Orthodontists my whole life, I had everything under the sun done to my mouth, braces, retainers, etc etc. This office is interested in maximizing profits, period. They are not all too interested in much else it seems. I had an app for 9am, I didn't get seen until 10am. 1 hour burned, the secretary apologized that they were understaffed today. Once I was actually in the dental chair, I had X-rays done on archaic / dirty equipment, by what were seemingly inexperienced technicians. After that was done in a rushed fashion, I sat alone AGAIN, for 30 more minutes...Then Dr. Dong finally shows up, and first explains to me that I would be a great candidate for invisaline, because my teeth are drifting... and that I have 5 areas of brown spots i've never heard a dentist or orthodontist say those words in all my life, all i've gleaned from this is that they are problem areas to watch, he explains that they'll all need to be drilled subtly, but no local anesthetic will be needed. I have zero pain points anywhere mind you. He also recommends several other high dollar future procedures almost all to do with aesthetic appearances, i.e. whitening and such and nothing to do with general dental health, again... all i wanted was a cleaning. I agree to move forward with the attention on these 5 areas reluctantly and a cleaning. He then goes away for another 25 minutes... by this time it is well after 11am and the dental assistant from Idiocracy shows back up. They explain we're going to need to do a cleaning and a drilling of the 5 areas, and they ask me which I would like to do first... I was dumbfounded... I get to choose my own adventure here?!! I expressed concern as to how one could go before the other, and asked shouldn't I get cleaned first, I dunno?? At this point, I ask how long it's going to take, because I have other appointments at noon. It's a very good thing I stopped things there, and looked at rescheduling, the secretary then proceeded to show me how my cleaning, and attention to these 5 areas will cost me over $1000 usd. this is with my insurance. After diving into these specifics we've realized that it seems this place is gaming things to drive profits. Also my partner had their teeth "deep cleaned" there and the entire process was maybe 15 sloppy minutes of work... I've had my teeth cleaned every 6 months my entire life, and this is a process of at least 30 minutes minimum. Also they didn't even floss their teeth in the process of said, deep cleaning. just go somewhere else. save your time, and money.
5/5 stars! Pure dental has great dentists and assistants who were very kind. Your teeth don’t ache after your appointment and they always care about the patient making sure they go in fine shape.

5 Stars! This was my first time at Pure Dental & the staff & Doctor were very friendly & professional. The Doctor is very knowledgable, professional & knows what he is doing. I felt comfortable with him & staff during my teeth cleaning. My wife & I had our appointments scheduled back to back & we were helped in a timely manner. The dental office was also clean & organized! Thank you all for the service you provided to us!
Dr. Kim has a very gentle touch and always does great work. His services are a little more expensive but peace of mind means more to us. The staff are professional and most have been employed for longer than 10 years.
