Certified Instructors, Kate Gourley and Christie Belicek are ready to get you healthy in 2012. Men, women and children can participate in these fun and interactive classes, regardless of physical condition. Each workout can be scaled according to an individuals physical ability by increasing or decreasing load and intensity. Whether you are a stay-at-home-mom, professional athlete, or senior citizen, an individualized workout will be customized to your current level of fitness.
Our training covers many areas of fitness including: cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, flexibility, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The workouts are randomized and can include any and all combinations of plyometrics, sprints, Olympic lifts, gymnastic moves and kettlebell work during the course of your 45-60 minute session. You will receive a proper warm up, instruction, workout, and stretch. We can't wait for you to join us!
