Called and immediately after 1 prompt had someone on the line. While they are very busy, Cindy was exceptionally kind, helpful, and courteous. She was able to find our prescription and help expedite the payment and shipping process. After giving our sincere thanks and appreciation for such great customer service, she informed us that she was the owner! It's few and far between when you feel like a company/pharmacy really cares,  thank you Cindy and PureScienceRX.

The staff here are incredibly incompetent and unhelpful. Try ordering a refill, they’ll promise it’s being sent out on a specific day and guess what? It won’t be sent out! Try calling for a resolution? The call staff will hang up on you! Want to get a hold of the manager? Takes 10 days for her to finally get back to you, and the “manager” Ashleigh is incredibly dismissive, entitled, and argumentative rather than trying to help you work towards a solution. Don’t know why anyone would willingly work with this garbage company with moronic people in management and in their call centers.  Their products are also ridiculously overpriced. I called a number of other compounding pharmacies and the exact same compound I was purchasing from pure science RX is a FRACTION of the cost in multiple other compounding pharmacies. Seriously not even 1/4 of what they’re charging at PureScience RX.  So not only do they offer substandard service and incompetent people working there, their prices are absolutely absurd.  I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Run, do not walk away from this this company, you’ll thank me later. DO NOT give them your business. There’s a reason there’s only 4 google reviews with half of them being 1 star.  Oh and the icing on the cake?  Can’t find a single name of a licensed pharmacist on their website! Pretty sketchy company and honestly, given my experience with them and their lack of professionalism, I wouldn’t be surprised if the people compounding your medicines weren’t even licensed!

They were fast, friendly and got my prescription formulated and ready for pickup in less than a day. They quoted me a price right over text message and sent me a text when it was ready. I stopped in this afternoon to pick it up and they had it right at the front desk ready to go. I didn't see any evidence of the problems others are complaining about.

Hostile and unhelpful. They are not transparent with prices. How come you can't give any prices over the phone? Every pharmacy out there will give you a cash price for a prescription? Do not use this pharmacy unless you want to waste your time! Scammers

The Staff at Pure Science have been a godsend for me and my mom, they have gone above and beyond, they even dealt with my mom's insurance. I love dealing with them, they are all courteous, helpful, and very professional.

Run away from this company.  The pharmacist, Ash, is not customer friendly, very arrogant and cuts you off as you are explaining the situation.  No trace of desire to help or even compassion on how to remedy the problem.  I am extremely disappointed and will never deal with this company.
